Week 9: Cagliari - Milan (Wednesday, October 29th - 20:45 CET)

We seem to have lost the fluidity in attack shown in our first two matches this season, when I felt that we were the better team and could score any time if we put our heart to it.

It now looks like Allegri time again, when we just weren't good enough.

Wow, that Ibarbo is both strong and fast.

The game is so sad, no one is posting? We could have been 3 goals behind by now. Cagliari looks like Barcelona to us now.

Goaalll Bonaventura! Seemed like a bad cross at first but it seems that he actually meant that to be on goal.

(Just when I was too sad to post Wink)What a goal.

I thought it was a bad cross too, but then, when Shevchenko scored a (somewhat) similar goal against Juventus, I thought it was a bad cross too.

I am not as sad now.

I feel like Cagliari have much better ideas of what they want to do when they are attacking. We either play a long ball straight to Torres or we cross the ball to no one. There's no intricate build up play whatsoever.

Yup, it definitely looked like a bad cross, but I'll take it Big Grin

This, by the way, was the Shevchenko goal I mentioned in the earlier post. Smile

I've seen that Sheva goal many times..and to this day I'm still not sure. Bonaventura's goal seems more deliberate though..based on his body shape.

EDIT: I take that back..Bonaventura looks like he was crossing the ball to the far post actually. Ah well..who really cares whether he meant to do it or not Icon_lol2
