I agree. Some fans want to 'celebrate at San Siro', and I am not one of those. Sleepy

As long as we win it, I'm don't care about the stadium we're winning! Big Grin

I don't know if this has any relevance, but I found some interesting statistics about us in the comment section to an article in La Gazzetta. As you can imagine there are a lot of debates between the fans of Milan and the others (read Inter), where they say we are a pathetically bad team in the lead only due to the inferiority of other teams and the referees on our side.

- We have almost 2x as many offsides blown against us (thank you Ibra): 155 vs 86
- Same amount of penalties for: 6 all
- We have 57 yellow cards, Inter 56
- We have 5 red cards, Inter 3
- Milan has the most shots on goal (not sure about the numbers), second most corners taken.
- We have 4 more points than Inter did last year at this time of the season (35 games)
- Our goal difference is +38, Mourinho's Inter +37 (35 games played)

Now while I do agree that we haven't been divine throughout and that the competition was generally weak (do consider though that we at least have contenders, Inter had Roma for a while), we still deserve this Scudetto all the way. To call us the worst team to win the Scudetto in years is completely wrong. So, let's make sure we secure it this weekend!

Worst team? Worst only because they know nothing about soccer, and sports, in general.

According to my cousins in Italy , I read on a comment under a picture of us winning our last CL via facebook and some guy said we'll be announcing the signing of Ganso if we secure the scudetto this weekend.. I'm not going to get my hopes up because the Mercato didn't even come yet ..

Quote:Almost exactly seven years ago, on May 2, 2004, Milan's Andriy Shevchenko scored what proved to be the game and Scudetto winner in the second minute against Roma at the San Siro. Cafu collected the ball in midfield, and passed it to Kaká, who resisted one challenge before crossing the ball for Shevchenko to head home.

On Saturday, there will be no Cafu, Kaká, or Shevchenko, but there will be Ignazio Abate, Kevin-Prince Boateng, and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and Milan can claim their eighteenth Scudetto against Roma at the Olimpico with just a draw.

Forza Milan!
I am not sure if its appropriate to put Ibrahimovic's name there. Pato suits it more.
Damn ..... I miss $hevchenko & Kaka Undecided

Hope ACM will get some one like Nilmaar or G.Rossi soon & send Ibrahimovic back to Spain Okmilan

I don't hate him now. But he just doesn't suit in the red & black of AC Milan for my liking. $hevchenko was something special in R&B. So a former Ajax, Juve, Inter & Barca player just can't be put there in his league. Pato is our new face!

Also some one dating a dashing & older girl, who is daughter of a country's President & Boss's daughter at the same time would earn my respect more easily than a guy who has 27 tattoos Wallbang on his body, losing hair & was suspected of being gay Devilumpf
