I heard Owen is unhappy to his situation in madrid.
All madrid players like Raul.
Ronaldo is untouchable.
Morientes is supported by Madrid players and fans.
Guti is also competetor.
In Madrid, Remon may give Owen the role of 5th striker.
Then, Milan can bring him.
Crespo will leave next summer.

Yeah I know. If he's back to his old days, R9-Sheva IMO, will be the most devastating pair.
The real question is can he get back to those days where he is that phenomenal?
i think ronaldo even today is still great but not as much as with his barca days... hes playing poorly right now ebcause the whole team isnt doing well... we all saw him last season and the season before that... he was the best striker in the world.... along with sheva

C. Ronaldo is untouchable now, he's one of the most promising young players in world football at one of the biggest, richest clubs in world football. only rows or bad behaviour would move him. also he wouldn't fit our system.
C.Ronaldo isn't even a fwd so why would you consider him when your looking at FORWRADS like Ronaldo or Owen?
And if its wingers you want, then Vicente is better and more complete than C.Ronaldo.
Vicente can even exchange flanks, score more goals and cross better than C.Ronaldo, and he plays for a club more likely to sell than ManUtd (though C.Ronaldo is a very good player also). Last season Valencia was the best team in Spain, and Vicente their best player.
This has a tenuous connection to Milan, don't you think? Anyway, don't these guys have agents that tell them that they won't be the first choice when they switch teams (this should have been obvious to all sentient beings...only another Spaniard or injury will ever budge Raul from his appointed place at Real)? Or are they so blinded by all the dollar signs, that they don't care what happens, until it does and then they complain? Stupid.

No Owen for Milan, not even Ronaldo for Milan. BTW MK18, why do you think Milan would buy Ronnie, when he had a bad history in seri A?? owen has been toying with liverpool (fans and managament) for such a long time and now he has simply got what he deserves. it seems a mystery why madrid bothered to buy him. to keep beckham company?? :web:
he will probably go somewhere on loan in january. i think lyon needs a striker now that elber broke a leg. porto could be another option. hell, even ajax could probably use him! in any case, he's gotta readjust the high thoughts he has about himself.
Owen is unhappy because Owen is not the player he used to be, or is made out to be. That is all I have to say about this.

well, Bolton is like a football version of pet rescue, they give shelter to aging or rejected players ;)
I remember last season Big Sam gave Ba a trial and eventually offered him a contract but i dont remember him playing much, if at all. I checked Boltons squad at Teamtalk and he isnt listed so either he is playing in their reserves or he has left them completely.
Bolton released Ba at the end of last season. Since then I don't have the foggiest idea what he's doing. Probably in France somewhere. If I find out I'll keep you posted. Javi Moreno was also at Bolton last season, but he was similarly unsuccessful.
As for Owen, I believe he joined the wrong club. Real are in chaos, dominated by ridiculous egos among the so called galacticos. He has to fight with four others for a starting place, three of whom are fan favourites and the other is Ronaldo. Personally, I thought he'd be better at a club like Juve or Milan, who are more effective at integrating talent from abroad into their squad and have less pressure constantly on their shoulders. But give him time, he just isn't fit at present.

Bolton and big sam are a team with a plan....bring in old stars and buidl the club image as well as their position in the league.......within the next 2-3 years if Big sam is still there with them don;t be suprised if they are pushing the elites for honors as well......
The man just knows what is needed and gets the best out of every player available....look at Ivan campo for instance....i reject from Real who everyone though could not defend to save his life...now he is the defensive midfielder who combines well with Jay Jay...he takes on players , distributes and even scores once in a while...
Jay Jay is another one....lost at psg , where people though all he could do was the step-over dribble he made famous during the world cup in 98....Big sam brought him to reebok stadium and now he is one of the most sort after players in england with the likes of arsenal and manu U trying to get him 1 season ago......

dont worry i dont underestimate them, Utd were lucky to escape with a draw from the reebok stadium and lost to them last year...
Big Sam is one of my favourite managers, he has done an almost impossible job at Bolton and is finally getting credit for it. Bolton were 40m in debt and half way down the first division when he took over :eek: . With no money to spend he got them promoted and assembled a squad of vastly different players that play organised and even attractive football. He was Newcastle's first choice to replace Sir Bobby but rejected them to finish his job at Bolton (he has a 10 year contract) also he was born and raised just down the road from me :D

they lost Okocha to injury early in the match though which disrupted them.
Jaidi has been quite impressive so far and is another typical signing, from the Tunisian league straight into the starting XI and he has adapted immediately, even scoring a few goals...

I know exactly where Ibrahim Ba is playing. He is playing in The Turkish League with mid-table/bottom half Turkish Club Rizespor. He hasn't played much and is adapting with Egyptian signing, Ahmed Salah Hosny formley of VfB Sttuttgart and Gent.. The two of them are supposed to be a deadly strike force, though only Hosny has scored [and as far as I know played] for the club. Both struggle with fitness.

Well last year, Man Utd lost to Wolves.. Granted they didn't win the Premiership, but I don't think one result can characterize a season..
Milan lost to Messina.. Tied with Livorno.. So I don't think that's fair.. But you're right, that is funny.. Haha :haha:

A bit exaggerated here, maybe so you could praise Sam more. :D Okocha had a lot of great games for PSG, where he showed a lot of more than "step-over dribble". you should just have seen the things he did against Brescia in the Intertoto cup some years ago. His problem then was his inconsistant performances and that most PSG managers didn't seem to like him. Remember that also Ronaldinho had problems to get into the first team in PSG due to differencies with his manager.
