anyone know of a good site to follow the match on the web, by text?
the official site, in both italian and englsih is not detailed enough and rather slow.
Forza Milan!!
22' Milan 1 - 0 Lecce (H. Crespo)
A low cross from the right by Kaka' was side-footed home off the post from 6 yards out by Crespo. And Sheva just had a shot that was just a whisker away from making it 2-0

So far its mostly Milan dominating and even though we've taken the lead were in control.
Apparently Maldini was a little lucky to avoid a yellow card
Sheva and Crespo just combined well, but the keeper got it away

36' Milan 2 - 0 Lecce (H. Crespo)
Dharasoon won the ball in midfield, sent Kaka sprinting off the left flank. Kaka's low from the right found Crespo in the box, he sent both Rullo and Sicignano the wrong way, before literally walking the ball into an empty net.

Cafu comes close, but keeper saves and then Sheva again in dangerous positions, but it never gets to him

From Eurosport...
There's no finer sight in football than Milan in full flow!! A sumptuous move once more from the champions...
What a great display today, should be 3/4 up and Sheva will score, no doubt at this point!!
sheva wants a penalty, but a free kick given on the edge of the box...Pirlo hits the woodwork!!!!!
FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!

Great display of football so far!
All I really want now is Sheva to bag a couple of not more in the second half
Crespo is scoring goals like crazy!
FORZA MILAN!!!!!!
2-0 at halftime and the scoreboard is flattering to Lecce  Milan looked superb and created at least 8 to 9 chances while Lecce, to quote Maurinho, played with a bus in front of goal. :D Uncharacteristic of Zeman's attacking style of play :eekani: Pirlo almost made it 3-0 with a delightful freekick which hit the inside of the post just before halftime

Aah, how nice to return home to a 2-0 lead at halftime  Slowly but surely I'm falling in love with :heart:Crespo:star: When he's on top of his game he's inferior to no striker on earth.

FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!
57' Milan 4 - 0 Lecce (H. Crespo)
Dhorasoo released Sheva down the left with an excellent pass, Sheva broke the offside trap, sprinted into the area, instead of going for glory, the Ukranian squared the ball across goal for Crespo to tap into an empty net for his hattrick :bri:

Red card Nesta!!!!
Apparently fouled Bojinov and was last man, however, it seems as though Maldini was there too!
Bojinov scores to make it 4-1!
FORZA MILAN!!!!!!

06-01-2005, 11:10
red card for nesta
Is Stam Ready For Next Game?
how does that change our tactic as we can't take another substitution? 3man defense?
how does that change our tactic as we can't take another substitution? 3man defense?
It's 4-1.
Ask Ancelotti :)
Is Stam Ready For Next Game?
no, that's too early
75' Milan 4 - 1 Lecce (V.Bojinov)
Nesta received a direct red carded for a foul on Bojinov :wallbang: And to rub salt into injury, the Bulgarian scored from the resulting FK outside the box. A harsh red card. Nesta wasn't even the last man FFS @#$%^ Phuck the ref!
ACMILAN1983
06-01-2005, 11:16
Dida saves from Bojinov.
We must keep posession. I would think Cafu, Maldini and Pancaro will make the defence with Dhorasoo possibly pulling back into a fullback (and Pancaro possibly coming into the centre) role and JDT dropping deep to help make numbers in midfield, with Sheva playing pretty much alone up front
Lets hold posession, thats the key now
FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!

Bojinov assissted Cassetti. Were in a dire position right now, Lecce going all out and our defence has lost the plot due to sending off
Come on 5 mins!
FORZA MILAN!!!
83' Milan 4 - 2 Lecce (M.Cassetti)
A low cross from the left inside the Milan's penalty area from Bojinov was drilled in by an unmarked Cassetti from 6 yards out. Our defence is looking shaky after Nesta's red card :(
i don't care.
which one did you prefer? 4-0 for us and 0-1 for doper? or 4-2 for us and 1-1 for doper? i think the choice is clear. :D

88' Milan 5 - 2 Lecce (J.D.Tomasson)
A simple tap-in from 6 yards out after being served nicely by Sheva's low cross from the left.
i don't care.

Just a matter of time. The clock is ticking ... tick tock tick tock.
It's over! We won 5-2 and Juve has drawn their match. The lead is now cut to 2 points
On a personal level, I placed a $50 wager at odds 50-1 on a 8 goal fest. If Pirlo's FK had gone in I'll be receiving a hefty $2500 payout. Damn :wallbang:
