View Full Version : A question.....
I live in England and have just started following Milan after I visited the San Siro for the Udinese Serie A match. I was wondering if people could tell me why Milan fans seem to hate Juve more than Inter? It seems that fans from most clubs in Italy hate Juve.
Also, do Milan have any big rivalries with other clubs? There seemed to be a lot of feeling towards Udinese, or is this normal when clubs come to the San Siro?
Thanks for any help

There are a number of reasons why Milan fans hate Juve. Errrm, the main one is probably the same reason Arsenal and Man U have hated each other so much in the past few years, they are both the two top competitors for the league (although now Chelsea have come into the picture as well).
As far as I know, there isn't a great rivalry with Udinese, but Fiorentina, Juve, Inter (more friendly than other sides), Livorno and Roma are some of the big "rivals" of Milan in club form or fan form. I think others may be able to explain this better than me though.
Ps - Welcome to MM :)
Welcome to Milan Mania Stefan. Inter would be the natural target naturally, but given than they haven't won the serie A since the 80's, it is kind of like kicking someone who is allready dead ;)
Loosing a derby to Inter is still a lot worse than loosing to Juve though. As we eliminated both Juve and Inter from Champions League 2003, they have a lot of catching up to do :)
