did anyone notice shevchenko come into the Ataturk stadium with an ipod shuffle hanging around his neck? hehe. great advertising for the product - and it was probably staged by Apple too.

Had Milan won, I woulda bought an iPod shuffle for the heck of it haha.. but i have a better mp3 player ;)

hell no, i am not happy in the least bit. i am totally depressed but i know that this is part of the circle of life. we go through good and bad and we should take lessons from this and apply it to real life. it's how you better yourself as a person :)

let's put things in perspective - a lot of bad happens around the world, and although this is bad, things could be worse. let's be thankful we are alive and Milan is alive to fight another day. i will love to celebrate next year with my red and black brothers and sisters and that's what matters - we look forward to tomorrow.

I dont understand though. Why would sheva use ipod shuffle? Its bloody useless. Ipod mini is the best still isnt it?

advertising maybe. also it is smaller and lighter to carry around your neck and less intrusive if you are carrying bags and luggage. either way, all iPods suck. i prefer the Rio Karma for hard-drive players or the Samsung Yepp for flash players. ipod who?

are you sure its smaller? its shape is ... long and thin. In terms of size I think mini is more appropriate. Plus with shuffle you can only upload up till 200+ songs. Mini offers 1000+ plus. Very weird. I guess nobody buys shuffle and they needed sheva to promote it in the most watched match in the world this yr.

the shuffle is smaller. also you don't have to worry about bumps and jolts with the shuffle since it is flash memory based, as opossed to hard-drive based.

i would guess the shuffle just summed up what was about to happen!Unpredictable!
I have a 20GB i-pod and love it.I am away for a few days and can take my entire collection with me.It os now almost 1 year old and will be superseded very soon(if not already) by newer,better,smaller products.
As far as MP3 type player go the future is exciting hopefully just like times for Milan fans

I am not a big ipod fan. I personally use the rio karma 20Gigs cus of it's ability to
1) play FLAC, 2) play Ogg Vorbis 3)get connected to your router and become part of your home network 4)be able to tweak the frequenecy response down to the last kHz of the output :) People just get the iPod cus it's famous but if they look hard enough there are tonnes of mp3 playes out there with far more features for a better price + better quality.

That being said, the next generation iPod's will be kinda interesting because Toshiba plans to incorporate the new hard-drive technology where magnetic particles are stacked HORIZONTALLY on the hard-drive plates, instead of as they are now, logtitudinally. This means slimmer 40GB ipods because the drives would only use one platter and not the current 2. This technology is being beta tested right now. Keep your eyes open for some skinny ipods :)

i-Pod 20 gig is the best although you need to send it out to get that extra powerful battery that increases the life by double to really enjoy it. I have to charge the damn thing almost everyday as it is excessively used. :sagrin:

does it play FLAC or oggvorbis? can you network it to your PC or connect it to a router? no :)
it's not the best. look around.
