actually their name is "referees" - one more "e" in there :)
Joking aside, I would like to give you a warm welcome to the club - this has been a major problem in Italy for years now and somehow no one seems to care that much, except for Zeman, that is.

I don't want to read into this referee issue too much. But, it is still very astonishing to think that Sheva has 2 goals disallowed in 2 CL finals!

Oh for fvcks sake.
That's exactly what Zeman and many fans of Serie A keep repeating for years :tong: :punch: :musk: :nunu:

Now I don't even hate Juventus (for the time being only; sorry, Sally. :D). The loss in CL makes me sick and sad. I really don't care 30 or 40 Scudetti Juventus or Inter or Lecce will grab. I just want to see our Captain holding the cup in 2006 and 2007.

same question here with aim: How in the world can Sheva have two goals disallowed in two champions league final??? :fero:

Then, if the fvkcing Referee actually listens to the assistant, and what was he thinking when he saw the assitant waiving the flag for the second "goal" Liverpool scored?? :fero:

Forget it, :(

Nope. Juventus beat us at home and that's what destroyed our convidence. That's how we drew against Palermo and that's how we lost the European Cup.

I believe it is more complicated than that. Juventus wasn't that powerful for crying out loud. If any, I say Riazor aftermath :fright: is way more destructive than the loss in San Siro vs. Juventus.

I didn't see any Juve or Riazor symptoms on wednesday. All I saw was eleven human beings whose mercurial success and utter superiority in the first half made them think that they have already won the CL and all they had to do to get their hands on the cup was to go out for a 45 minute walk in the park. When someone is so assured of his success a SMALL change in fortunes - like Pool's first goal - gives birth to ENORMOUS doubts and fears that what seemed so sure may be taken away from you in the end. These fears simply petrify you, and you find yourself totally incapacitated to react and this is how we eneded up getting 3 goals in 6-7 minutes of madness.
It wasn't Liverpool that so much created those goals but Milan for letting them in from very straightforward situations. In moments like that, I am sure that if Liverpool had continued to attack they could have go on and score as many goals as they wished, just like Depor did it last year.
