I would love to see Kompany, Alex , Chivu, Messi, and Vanden Borre playing for Milan. Chivu seems likely...
Kompany and Alex are, apparently, tantalizingly close to Chelsea :1ang: :1ang:
Vanden Borre...I do not think we have even made a move for him!
Barca would unfortunately never let go of Messi...

Three more dream signings???How about Cassano, Iniesta, and Farfan?

Cassano seems pretty likely, except for the fact that the Bianconeri will be in race with us for his signature...
We have never ever shown any interest in Farfan... :(
And Iniesta does not seem as a likely option as he is one of the hottest Barca prospects for the future...What do you guys think about these names? Who would you wanna see play for Milan?

Robinho for me, also Cassano.. Never heard of Vanden Borre though.. One player which will certainly end up winning the Golden Ball will be Robben, I would LOVE to see Robben at Milan..

Hells yea, but you know it all too well, just as much as I do, how unlikely it is for Chelsea to let him go :(

I was impressed with Vanden Borre when he played against Chelsea, excellent for a 17 yr old. Not a great fan of Farfan. I think Tevez and Mascherano would be good signings, possibly Cavenaghi. Also Porto's Diego looks a good prospect.

Now I see a slight improvement but still not enough to make my dreams become real.

By the way, Tevez is a quite good backup for Sheva IMO, isnt he? :hopefull:

He could be, though he doesn't offer all that Sheva does he would give something different to Milan.

After watch Tevez and Mascherano playing here(Brazil), I just change my opinion about both. I was a fan of Tevez, but this kid is a headcase. Ok, sime refs screwed him in some games, but he´s crazy, pick up a lot of yelow and red cards. But, for me the big IF is his behavior w/ teamates. In less than one year he fights w/ 3 Corinthians players in workouts...but to be fair, he gives 110% in games.
Mascherano is a great player. I can´t see a better DM than him in South American football...his tactical awarennes(sp?) is unbeliveble for a 21years old player...and more important, Mascherano isn´t a one dimensional DM, it knows to create with the ball.
Alex and Mascherano, right now, would be my dream(real) for Milan next year.

Some very young hot properties that could be seen in last FIFA U-17 World Cup here in South America: Giovani dos Santos (Mexico/Barcelona), Sahin (Turkey/Borussia Dortmund), Velas (Mexico/Necaxa), Ramon (Brazil/Atlético/MG) and Anderson (Brazil/Porto). The last one was the MVP. An unbeliveable talent, Anderson has everything: physical strenght, great vision of the field, fine skills and is capable to score. He can develop into another Ronaldinho or even a beter player. Not kidding! He can be a dominant power in world football in the end of this decade.
We are probably in the best period of our football history.

1.Mascerano is a player that has great future, and sometimes it looks like he is 30 and not 21 years old. He is tactically great, had good passing and plays his defence way better than pirlo or seedorf. bringing him to milan would be a HUGE move and a great buy for the future. Unfortunately, he will become atl.madrid player and his club is apparently owned by Abramovic...:(
2. Torres...a player that simply can score goals, if you remember Davor Šuker that won golden boot in france 98 then you can see that torres plays very similar football. And Atletico owe us some money so it would be a good move simce pippo and vieri apparently cant do it anymore...
3. A thing that we really need is a class defender or two... a RB and a CB. who could it be? i hope galliani and braida will do some good moves...lets hope so.

after watching the man u game I'm beginning to believe the hype about Bodmer, he was for me their best player. Great passing range, very sensible use of possession, made him self available for passes all the time and defended well.

He disappointed me in the Confederation Cup semifinal against Brazil. Adriano did what he wanted that game and Huth commited a stupid penalty against him.
Moreover, he is not regular in first team at Chelsea. It's hard with Gallas, Ricardo Carvalho and Terry, but...

A friend of mine told me today at school that Vanden Borre might be coming to Milan :diablo: ?In january.
Don't think this is true , but has any of you heard some news about him lately?I have read that Inter ( :987: ) has invited him to watch one of their matches ,they will probably get him , eventhough Anderlecht is trying to do everything to keep him here.He could be a good transfer imo , he is already at the level of Kompany and he is even younger,he could get some experience in Serie A with Milan.

Watched some of last Boca's matches and he had solid performances in all of them. He not only is a good defender but also has good skills and know how to start a counterattack. And he is very young (18 or 19 yo). Certainly the big clubs in Europe will be monitoring his performance soon.

If you to see Mascherano, you can´t believe that it´s a DM...he´s small and thin, but his defensive awarenes is great!!! IMO he´s more a Makelele type...

Does he have to play central or can he play on the left or right of Pirlo for example

pa7uel

well, he played once on the right for River, with Husain in the midle, and his performance was good, i think he will be good any where in the midfield, bcause he has strength and technique too. In the las Argentina -Brazil played for the 2006 qualifiying he had no problem to stop Ronaldinho, so that tells about his habilities.

Joe Cole and Schweinsteiger affordable? Their prices have gone up like crazy for the past two seasons...

Stezagud
11-12-2005, 06:41
Cole could be. He only has a 18 months left on his contract and has postponed negotiations until the end of the season. If Chelsea make a move for another winger (Joaquin maybe?) then i dont think he would sign a new contract, and could therefore be very cheap by this time next year....

For most teams this would be unthinkable as even Mourinho has said Joe Cole is their best player at the moment but Chelsea have so much money they have developed a Champ Manager mentality, they buy for the sake of it sometimes.

Last weekend I watched Siena vs. Empoli and Pozzi really impressed me. Despite being young and inexperienced, he has all the tools to suceed in Serie A sooner than I expected.
He needs to add some pound to his frame, but knows how to play inside and outside the box. In a couple of years he'll be ready and with Kaká, Pirlo and Seedorf feeding him he'll able to score many goals.
