--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The changes to the Serie A fixture list have been drawn up all the way up to Week 19, as the Champions League and UEFA Cup ties shape the calendar.

This season each Italian top flight weekend is split between four kick-off times – 5pm and 7.30pm Saturday, 2pm and 7.30pm Sunday (all UK times).

Among the highlights, we find the Rome derby on the evening of Sunday October 23, the Scudetto showdown between Milan and Juventus is brought forward to Saturday October 29 and Fabio Capello’s Juventus visit Roma in a bitter grudge match on Saturday November 19. The Milan derby is on Sunday December 11.Anyway...

Milan have Nesta concern Monday 10 October, 2005

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Milan stopper Alessandro Nesta could miss the big clash against Juventus later this month because of injury.

The defender is suffering with a hand problem which has seen him ruled out of Wednesday’s insignificant World Cup qualifier against Moldova.

Nesta is believed to have damaged ligaments in his left hand which may see him sidelined for up to three weeks.

There is even a risk that surgery could be needed in an effort to resolve the problem, which the player has been struggling with since the start of September.

The former Lazio captain will undergo a number of tests, but whispers are already suggesting that he could be unavailable for the game against Juve on October 30.

The loss of Nesta would be a massive blow to the Rossoneri seeing as they have already struggled defensively so far this term. Sh!te! Total sh!te!
