what a ****ing stupid thing to say. No one else in italy wants to be compared to juventus, we all hate them. Why say something that will get up the rest of the national squads back.

and another thing, the spirit of juve is hack and commit petulent fouls whenever things aren't going their way and bribing refs, so hopefully italy will find another way to play.

I understand but he is a Juve player, you cannot expect him to say that they play like Milan and stir anger&controversy among his Juve team mates, right?

The last twenty minutes against France Lippi went all out defensive. The first thing I thought was here we go, but Holland couldnt find away through, so for that reason they kind of resemble Juve. Lets be honest at the moment Milan are far from solid defensively.

Yeah! probably a little shaky... but way off better than right beginning the season... so considering our slow but real progression I wouldn't doubt further improvement... I haven't seen the 2nd half of the friendly... the first half was less defensive, is my guess!... I will complete watching the tape later on... But what I was refering here is about the same Class Milan plays with is the same Class Italy displays on... and this is still not at its peak on neither side... ;) :cheers:
