View Full Version : Old AC Milan Shirt

Hey guys.
Before the start of this season, there was a thread about this seasons kit, with many people giveing their views on it and on kits from past seasons (a search of the forum can't find it). One of the posts in the thread showed a white AC Milan shirt which was similar to this England shirt (but obviously with the AC Milan badges):

If anyone can tell me the season of this kit, or where I can purchase one, it would be helpful.

I'm not sure cuz it doesn't look exactly like it but it might be the 94 season jersey.

Thank you for your suggestion, but after looking on the net I don't think that's the one - though the 94/95 is quite nice. After all, it is quite an obscure shirt I'm looking ofr. I guess it is a special edition shirt or something.

The shirt I'm looking for had the AC Milan badge sort of 'tattooed' on the shirt - like on the England one above. It must be a pretty obscure one too.

No, I don't think it is - it distinctly had the AC Milan badge (and was possibly gold).
Anyway, it doesn't seem that anyone knows about it, and I can't find it on the 'net. I'll just have to keep an eye out for it....

That golden jersey has been one of my favorites of all times..Damn, it still looks so good!!!

don't worry about it. hopefully u will find it or maybe the team will start wearing it in 2009 :) .

slicknick i have always liked our 3rd kits but the bad thing about them is that the team never wears them. although this wasn't one of my best 3rd kits.

Well, it doesn't have to be against the same colors... I remember in 2002-2003 they wore the 3rd kit (black) against Lazio when they could have worn red/black...

Hey NAMMY, one last suggestion. Try www.subsidesports.com. They have a large archive of Milan shirts on display going back to the '80s you can look at, but it's very rare to actually find one there for sale. But at least you'll see what the shirts of the past looked like from year to year. Maybe you'll find the one in question, but I'm not so sure because I went through the archive recently and don't recall seeing one in the likeness of your first post.

yes when they play vs Defensores de Belgrano, who is in third division of Argentina, so if everything goes right, Defensores gets the promotion to B Nacional division, and then the Primera A, then it has to be champion or get in the best four of the season to play the Libertadores Cup, then it has to win it for playing the Club's world cup, and it has to be the same year Milan wins the Champions league, so it will be minimum for years to wait.

oh, one more thing, remember they don't do the UCL vs. Libertadores game anymore, now it's that Teams World Cup (yuck)... so that's one more thing to add...

now that im thinking it will be easier playing vs Bayern Leverkusen... :ilol:

No, Bayer Leverkusen is red/black stripes just like Milan, so the black kit wouldn't be too different, Milan would play in white... it would have to be agains a red/white team... like Atletico de Madrid...

or with Barracas Central, but they are in the C division ( 4th division here) so that would be almost impossible.
