Milan will win again By 3-0.Just hope that BaS**rd Zebra lose
where are Vieri and Inzaghi???
Inzaghi has a muscular problem in his thigh... Vieri? Carlo's decision...
We have seen Ardemagni during the preseason tour in America, along with Marzoratti...
Di Gennaro is even younger, 17 years old... listed as a midfielder in the youth team,
but as a forward here...

Ardemagni didn't show much in U.S., I think its going to be a diffucult game tommorow. Livorno is not a bad side at all, we will see... Hope we win.
milan need to win this!!!

i hope to see some rotation in midfield today! or since its the last game of the year, maybe we will field our strongest lineup, i dont know.. but i really wish our subs could get a game today so they dont think of leaving in jan
Livorno 2-1 Milan. Sorry guys. Not this year. If we want the changes to happen we need to be realistic with the results. This half is done with and I look with anticipation with what the club has in mind for the next half. I'll take a win, but my money will stay in my pocket.
Livorno is a difficult stadium and they are in a period of magic. However this may be the our last call for the Scudetto, i.e. we can't afford to drop more points. In the long run gobbi will drop points, but we have to win about 6 consecutive games so to reach them.
FYI, for those in USA or elsewhere if you got RAI International, the game will be transmited tonight at 11 pm Pacific... GolTV is showing the Zebras...

Kaka finds Shevchenko...THREADS IT THROUGH FOR GILARDINO! HE'S CLEAN THROUGH!! AND SLOTS IT PAST A WRONGFOOTED AMELIA!! Milan in front.
C'MON!!!!!!!
Only way it could have been better was if Sheva scored, but i'm not too fussed.
Hopefully score one more goal early in the second half and put this game away.

Juve - Siena: Abbiati handles the ball outside the area and only given yellow???? How pathetic - this should be always mean an automatic red card! Speaking about Juve and referees :rollani:

I watched second half (couldn't connect) and Milan played very well, Livorno didn't do basically anythings. Well done great win, to be honest I was worried about this game but everything went well. Thank god.
Do you guys think Donadoni winked his eye at Carlo at the end of the game?
and I wondered where in the world was Coco...

What does that mean? Are you implying that Livorno played poorly on purpose so Milan could win? Perhaps a payoff?
That's insane. I can't believe people are so down about Milan, that they think the only way Milan can win nowadays is bribery.
I hope that's not what you meant, please say it ain't so.
I'm so glad that Milan played well and won so we keep
pursser on Juve to be honest after we lost to inter I lost hope
that Milan can ever chase juve but after these 2 important wins
I gain my hope again. Glad that Milan will have about 16 days break so they
can rest and enjoy them self before they come back strongly
Forza Milan
Forza Gila + Sheva

Perhaps it was a joke?
Surprisingly not a lot of commentary about the game.
For me the most important thing is that Milan have convincingly rebounded from the Inter defeat.
Furthermore, Gila has so far proved to be a fine acquisition. He has 11 goals now (!) and contributes immensely to our attacking play.
Well done Gila!

Calm down, pal. I'm sure it was meant to be a joke. Milan was the better side yesterday and deserved to win... ;)
We made an excellent game and the team's spirit was like that as if we played juve or Real Madrid, to continue this run, Milan have to play always like today, agression and be fast. Sheva and Gila are prooving the be the deadliest couple in Europe. BTW with Kaladze and Simic we conceeded 0 goals in 2 games.... not bad!

It was a decent performance yesterday as the side looked to have a change in system to 4-4-2 (as Kaka and Sheva have since confirmed). The system was similar to that which was suggested by some posters (including me) during last summer.
The system worked well in that it prevented Livorno making too much headway down the flanks and served us well as it allowed Kaka and Seedorf to move more around the pitch, continuously interchanging positions to cause Livorno trouble.
A quick run down of the players...
Dida was a bit worrysome at times. Just seems to need a little time to get confidence.
Kaladze wasn't bad, did a solid job.
Nesta played well, didn't make a mistake really, looking better than he often has this year.
Simic was solid, did well defensively.
Serginho was very good. Solid in defence and a constant threat up front.
Pirlo was his usual self. Maybe slightly quiet, but good performance.
Rino was good, defensively showed he was hungry for success, not bad offensively.
Seedorf was good, as his movement and creativity were excellent. Still the odd lack of control or desire (defensively) was frustrating at time.
Kaka was similar to Seedorf, but less frustrating. Not at his best, but still made an impact.
Sheva was outstanding, constantly moving and looking to work something.
Gila was outstanding too. His movement was superb with his predatorial skill, yet he also worked hard in the build up to hold the ball up or pass out to someone.
The performance was good, but a couple of things were a little bothersome. Hopefully, two clean sheets will start getting us on the right road defensively. However, on set pieces we still lack confidence, as the odd scramble in the match showed.
Also, sometimes the players give too much room to the opposition, which allows them time to think and figure out routes past our rearguard. Hopefully we'll get tighter as the season progresses.
FORZA GILA!!
FORZA SHEVA!
FORZA MILAN!
