Oh.. How I love this Season! Gets me all giddy and singing little known Christmas Songs. Cute ones like this...
:p017:One December Bright and Clear! (http://mfile.akamai.com/6562/wm2/muze.download.akamai.com/2890/us/uswm2/592/394592_1_10.asx?obj=v50711) :p017:
:5chore: One December bright and clear, early in the morning,
Mary pressed her new born near, kissed him so adoring.
Angels sing and shepherds shout! All good creatures turn about!
Ring the bells of joy, every chime employ, Make them sing til they bring
heavens wounderous glory, tell the Christmas story!
Last December day and noon, from a streaming kettle,
Mary bathed her tiny boy, in the creche to settle.
Doves that coo and lambs that bleat, come and see the Mercy Seat!
Ring the bells of peace, Make them soar, 'til they pour
heaven's hope and glory, spread the Christmas Story!
While it is already the 26th for most of you folks, it is still the 25th Christamas Day here. Pretty funny huh???
My Christmas Dinner menu for my guests of 12.
The theme was "Alaska". I dunno maybe because Christmas and North Pole and stuff like that so most of the items in the Menu come from Alaska.
-Squab Salad with truffle flakes in papaya seed Dressing.
-Alaskan Whelk and onion Soup.
-Breaded Halibut fillets served with white dill sauce.
-Steamed Alaskan King Crab Legs and White Clams.
-Prime Rib of Carabou with a nice cream sauce to get rid of that gamey taste.
-Fresh Sitka Pumpkin Pie ala Vanilla and Mango mode
-Numerous Appertif and Cordials.
Next year maybe some haggus if I can find a Scottish Chef.
Yeah, lads, a bit too late but... Merry Christmas to ya all!@!!
Well no it is not too late as there are actually 12 days of Christmas as the season ends on January 07. Also a special not as many Eastern Orthodox Churches observe Christmas on the 6th or 7th of January. So yeah!!!! It is still time for the holidays.
I wish many knew about this as it seems all the joy of good tidings goes down the drain until the fanfare of New Years comes along and then the long faces after that.
I always tell people that Christmas is a yearlong celebration. How do I figure??? Well if Christmas is the celebration of the birth and life of Christ, then all Christians need to think of him not just one day of the year, but for everyday for the rest of their lives. Is this not true??? SO for me, everyday is a day of Christmas and all of the joy it brings to me in my life. I think more people should try it.
true dat... of the things i figured out over the last year is that its always good to try to be happy and to think positivly, but its not easy with the crazy driving we got here :)

hahaha...mk, you haven't gotten used to it eh? :) it's ok, even when i'm not the one driving i get road rage :googly: stupid bad drivers...
haha no no... its not that, im actually a good driver (7amdillah/thank god) its just that jordan is probably the most dangerous place for driving (i think it is a fact), and with so many tunnels being built its even worse... theyre building this tunnel next to my house and ever since i got my license i officially became the driver of the family, so everytime my sisters ask me to take them somewhere i have to pass by that fookin traffic, its hell!! im pretty sure shumacher got his license in jordan because if u can drive here u can drive anywhere.
PS: im the only one of my friends who still didnt crash the car (7amdillah) :) ... i cannot even think of what i will do that day
