heard stories that Samsung are offering Milan and Barca money for sponsorship deals, not sure if this is true or not..... Does anyone know how long do we have left with Opel?
if they give us more money then opel, who cares about opel any more?:)))

Doesn't our deal with Opel run out in 2006?
It'd be cool to have a new sponsor.
Personally, I like the Opel logo... it has become a classic on our shirt... like Motta was in the early 90's

For me, its all about the money...while many here (including myself) are partial to the opel logo on the jersey, I wouldnt mind us changing to a sponsor that can enable us to splash some more loot Chelsea style on the transfer market...
Will surely miss the opel logo though...but...if samsung=$$$...then..samsung it is!!

the end of our sponsor will finished in june 2006
they are negociating a new one
the news saying that Samsung or Some Air Line (i think Qatar) could be the next one.
what is really important is the money they will gve us per season
Opel gives us 9 Milion year. nowadays this is nothing compare to other clubs
the top is Juve: almost 25 M and then Man utd with 22 M; i think Chelsea is around 20 M.
for me ir doesn´t matter who will be...what we need is to have one that give us 20-25 M year
see ya

:hammer: ... and I thought you didn't have a price :haha:
Ok, seriously, I think who will be our next sponsor will have a lot to do with building/sponsoring that new stadium Galliani was talking about. Provided that we are really serious about doing that, the whole project will easily go for 400-500 mil euros and we will need at least a couple of very, very solid sponsor deals, one of whom will come from the company, after which the stadium will be named, and another one will be with the main club sponsor with their logo landing on our shirts.
Whoever is the new/old sponsor(s), we would have to milk them pretty well for we are a bit behind in this aspect from clubs like Bayern, Chelski, ManU, Juve, Real, Arsenal etc.
I heard rumours that Vodafone may be our sponsor next year and I think they will drop business with Man Utd, not sure though.
considering their market share in Italy's mobile phone coverage, I doubt it... maybe TIM...

They are dropping Manu (early I think). The opel logo looks ok as does the name sound and look OK but Zafira?Im not so sure.
Much as it pains me to say it the Pirelli looks good on the Inter top doesnt it?
nothing on the Inter shirt looks good ;)
instead of Pirelli, it should say Perdenti
just give us the money, I donr care what will be written on the shirt. Vodafone, samsung..who cares.

True to an extent, Vodafone will be looking for a new club to sponsor because they cant afford Utd anymore (Utds next deal will be a new record for football) , so its more that Utd dropped them :)
If Vodafone cant afford Utd then hopefully Milan would be ambitious enough to say to them "you cant afford us either" and try and secure a deal of the likes Utd, Chelsea and Juve are capable of getting, Milans are one of Europes superpowers and should be getting top tier sponsorship.
I dont see why Milan should target them though

Im sorry but I think it looks cool.Of course pERDENTI WUD BE BETTER.Does Zafira really look better than Pirelli and all the images Pirelli conjures up-NO CHance.(Nice Calendars)
Sometimes we need to be honest and really its not the case that everytjhing Milan LOOKS better than Inter.Even the league position doesnt loook better atr the mo!

Lexus would be cool. They are highly rated nowadays because of their emphasis on eco-friendly vehicles, and Toyota is the worlds third lagest car manufacturer, so dollars galore!!! I can imagine the L symobol with Lexus written underneath. Maybe one day...

I like a sign of Opel on Milan t-shirts...actually if we change our sponsor I may get confused for some time..and I dont like "sumsung"..it is not pretty, is it? But if we dont have money it doesnt matter really...even "garbage" or "Rubbish" would be acceptable if it helps to save players and helps team not to go bankrapt...:)
