Liverani is currently in contract negotiations with Lazio, but is unimpressed by the money on offer.

He used to be an Italian international. Flexible, can play as attacking, central or defensive mid. I think he's 30.

He is a good player whose career never really took off in the right direction after his move to Lazio, but I honestly don't think he has the quality to play for Milan, even as a back up.
I have nothing against him being available for free or being 30, just don't think he would improve anything should he come to Milan. Would rather have Rui as a back up playmaker.
