Big game on Sunday..If Milan plays same as they did with Bayern, Juve has no chance...juve plays at home though...
Both teams are still in CL, both tired the same i guess...What do you think?

ehh, i am not gonna make predictions, but i hope AC wins
The great news is : Zambrotta won't play for Juve !He will be back in 10 days.
I rate him as the best right/left back in the world and in last 2 matches it was obvious how important he is for Juve. There wasn't even one dangerous ball coming in dangerous zone from the players he watched. He was great defensively against Sampdoria and Werder and was fantastic with his crosses.
Before i heared he will miss this match i was a little scared because that way he would have been the one watching Serginho.
Serginho is in form of his life at the moment and Zambrotta is the only one who could have stopped him and his deadly crosses. Now Balzaretti or Chiellini will have to deal with Serginho , and they are no match for him !
Now, Capello certanly learned his lesson from San Siro, and now he will pay more atention to Milan's midfielders. In the first match, Juve kept our attackers perfectly which gave a lot more space to Kaka, Pirlo and Seedorf.
This time, i believe Juve will pay much more attention to our midfielders, and it means, more space for our attackers, and with the balls Serginho and Stam serve to Sheva and Pippo i see Milan's biggest chance.
Juve looks vulnerable in the air lattle, and i think that that's where Milan's chance is, not in long range shoots as we did in Milano when Chimenti was their goalkeeper !
In defense, our right and left back will have to do most of the job. Juve is very dangerous in counters and with crosses, and that's what Stam and Serginho will have to stop. Also, corners and free kicks are something we mustn't give easily to Juve. They won most of their matches from breaks, and if we stop them here, and leave Emerson and Vieira freedom instead of Camoranesi and Nedved, then Juve is dead.
Because there is no creativity in Juve's central midfield, and whenever Camoranesi and Nedved were stoped, Juve couldn't make chances. That's what Bayern did to them in Munich, and we all know how raped Juve was in Germany.
About the pressure....hmm. I wouldn't say that there is much pressure on any of the teams and that's a huge advantage for Milan.
Milan plays bad under pressure while Juve is doing just the oposite.
But now, when Juve can allow a defeat and when Milan allready accepted the losing of Scudeto, i think that not motivation or pressure will be decisive, but quality and current form will decide the match. And thanks God, both these things are on Milan's side !

This is another big match, a match that will have some impact on the outcome of the scudetto chase.
I look for us, to win, as I always do (at least always hope), though I would be ok with just a one goal difference...the most important thing is the three points.
Even without Zambrotta, Juve are a threat, and I hope the extra training that Zlatan was made to do by Capello just pissed him off, and makes him shoot with even more innacuracy! :D (From channel4.com)
This is a game where the side that makes the most errors will lose.
Somehow, someway, I see a draw, albeit a high scoring one...but we will play for a win, which may result in us conceding space in our defensive third, and while neither of their CMs is a fantasia, they are no slouches with the ball on their feet, and space within which to shoot.
A tough game, but not too tough for us to win!
FORZA MIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIILAN!!!
"This is a game where the side that makes the most errors will lose."
Wee know thats juve :D
"I'll be at the delle alpi shouting JUVE MERDA"
Shout for me to,i hate them :D

"I'll be at the delle alpi shouting JUVE MERDA"
Shout for me to,i hate them :D To be honest, that's what scares me.
With the exception of Thurams bad cleaning against Lazio, i really can't remember when did Juve made a defensive error ( a big one i mean)
While Milan on the other hand...ufff...Dida against Inter, Parma and even yesterday against Bayern. Nesta made a bad error against Fiorentina, and there are few more which i can't remember at the moment !
But i don't expect errors to decide this game.
This is by far the best part of the season for Milan, we found our form again, Juve's form is in downtrend and we must take an advantage of that.
Attacking from the begining is the only way for taking 3 points from Torino. The thing we did in October against Juve and yesterday against Bayern but we didn't do last year when Juve beat us and 2 weeks ago in Munich when we were not dangerous at all !
The team that scored the first goal in Juve-Milan matches wasn't defeated in last 12 matches. It clearly shows how much the first goal is important, and Milan will score it only if they start attacking and suprize them from the begining !
But i'm not an expert, Ancelotti is. I'm sure he will think of something how to beat Juve. A draw isn't enough guys. I won't be satisfyed with a draw at all.
Yes, it will mean that we were better than Juve in H2H matches this season, but it will all be forgotten in few years, while their name by 29th scudetto will stay. We must win and then hope they will fuc* it up somewhere else !

Well... what can I add? That match is obviously THE decision of Serie A this season, because if Juve wins the gap between us and them will definitely unreachable. That said, I guess with more than reasonable chances to go out of that fierce battle with a victory if we manage to use wisely our advantages: we are classier than Juve, with a squad more technically gifted, so I think that we have to base our game strategy on our technical superiority; by that I mean that we need to emphatize ball possession, and the pacy and hypnotic ofensive interplay that we can perform on our best giornatas.
On the other hand, it seems to me that Juve today is tatically a more organized side than us, playing with more consistence, lucidity and awareness than us; they are also in comparison with us a phisically stronger squad. So our way to victory is to focus the game on the technical side, we must entangle them in our labyrinth of mercurial and fluid interplay.

Juve has solidity. its really capellos team, like milan was 12 years ago, so it will be very tough , however latest games show the are not in best shape while milan is going up and up, I think we should play more time in deffence not allowing nedved and camoranesi to accelerate in centre. we need sheva and pippo on the edge with juve deffence to play on long passes and we need Kaka as a Razor from right or left side, from centre it will be tough with this viera emerson and other canibals:)
especially if zambrotta is out we should stress on side deffence
Forza Milan!:)
If Milan plays same as they did with Bayern, Juve has no chance

How many tickets can Milan fans get at Delle Alpi?
I guess Juve will have more than the usual 5-10 thousand fans because Milan is in town... but don't think they'll have the supporters back up Milan gets at home...

mate, me and franco6 from malta, along with other maltese friends from Milan Club Malta (the biggest in the world) we'll all be among the expected thousand fans at Delle Alpi on sunday
The ugly Moggi bastard asked 50 euros for the cheapest ticket, but luckily the guys from Malta got them directly from Via turati at 26 euros each one. we are gonna feed Juventus next trasfer market as less as we can :sun:
As usual, it will be a high risk game cause once the buses from Milan, packed with all the ultras, arrive around 6 pm the juve contingent will wait and try to charge them. The stadium will be literally militarised, but we'll try to be already in before the Curva will get inside.
As usual, it will be a sort of hurban guerrilla, with loads of oranges, piss-filled plastics, plastic seats and other nice things thrown each other.
I know it's risky but it's also exciting, as it'd be exciting to take part to a River-Boca match.
I will post a report after the match, i guess Franco will do the same. Can't wait to meet that lazy arse once again :5roma:

A Big Game .Milan must win not only becauce of Serial A tittle. Becox of Champion League tittle as well. If Juve win, of cource the gap is un reachabel. That mean they are 99% on the Serial A tittle. That mean they can fully concentrate to the CL chase which is not good for us. If they lose they might had to still kept a big eye on the serial a.Just like last year when milan were chasing for both tittle which is very difficult to be done.
Concentration on both n aiming for both can leave u wity nothing.
So milan must win not only for serial a but also CL.....I believe Milan can done it once again in Turin. Super Pippo wil blast the JUve net!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FORZA MILAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
u know i dont mean to be pesimistic about the scudeto, but were gonna beat juve im sure of that ,but it still dosent matter on the scudeto issue cause u has only easy games afthers us so there not gonna drop 7 points...but i still hope, anyway i want milan to not only beat them tomorow, but to crush them like a 4 -0 or sumthing to get there sukie, lucky, cheater footbal out of there heads.
To be honest, although we are on a hot streak at the moment, I think this will be very tough indeed. I can understand why people in here are optimistic, but we must remember that a Juve win will 99% give them Lo Scudetto. This could meen they could concentrate on the Champions League. But I hope for the best, and if the lads could find approx same form as on Wednesday, this could be a great Milan match. But like also Hottie said, a win does not meen we can catch Juve... They will not drop 7 points in the last 9 matches...
Probable lineup: Dida - Simic (I think Stam is injured), Nesta, Kaladze, Serginho - Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf - Kaka - Shevchenko, Gilardino.
There is no reason why we cant beat them! CL match is on the late march, there is no excuse to rest for big match. Inzaghi has to play definitely.
the victory will put a bit pressure on them, which is harmless to us and we will never know what happens in the remaining matches!! WE HAVE TO WIN!

Inzaghi - Sheva definately is the best choice for this match..but Gazzetta Dello sport says its gonna be Gila - Sheva...
I think Milan will win this game 2-1 our goal by Inzaghi and sheva and juve goal
by Delpiero. I think we'll score 2 goals and in 85-88 Juve will score 1 goal

There's a doubt over Shevchenko playing tonight, that is why newspapers are predicting an Inzaghi & Gilardino front pairing. It may just be a bluff, but if he doesn't start, now you know why !

Having the usual pre-big match nerves. I have a bad feeling about this one too, I think we're gonna lose. I just home they don't demolish us.
Team Line-Ups, from ACMilan.com:
JUVENTUS: Buffon; Zebina, Thuram, Cannavaro, Chiellini; Mutu, Emerson, Vieira, Nedved; Ibrahimovic, Trezeguet. Coach: Capello.
Subs: Abbiati, Balzaretti, Blasi, Giannichedda, Camoranesi, Del Piero, Zalayeta.
MILAN: Dida; Stam, Nesta, Kaladze, Serginho; Gattuso, Pirlo, Seedorf; Kakŕ; Shevchenko, Inzaghi. Coach: Ancelotti.
Subs: Kalac, Jankulovski, Costacurta, Ambrosini, Vogel, Rui Costa, Gilardino.
Amorso once again not included, though we'll probably play him a less important match/when we 're winning by a margin against a bad team.

15 min for the game to start , Sheva and Pippo are starting we will se what happens. Good luck Milan hope for a win.
Anyone live streaming or radio [cuz Rai1 has chanded yesterday so I can not find where to click] ? :(
CCTV5 are meant to be showing it, tho the stream isn't too good at the moment.
Oh, and there's mms://media2.brturbo.com/bandsports.wmv for those without a streaming program, but the picture is poor quality.
Seems like a lively start from both teams !
Come on Gio & Franco, cheer on our team :D
Stam yellow carded ...
Vieira with a header, dida holds with 2nd attempt
Stam out, Costacurta in
Injured i think ... Juve are in control right now, while we're just soaking up the pressure, hopefully billy will be able to cope with juve's pacey players.
hello...i would like to see the game in live. what do i must do to see it?
Shevchenko was completely free for ages on our right, but the pass went the other way, a quick switch over the top and he'd have been in one on one !
Just put 'mms://media2.brturbo.com/bandsports.wmv' in your address bar, and it should pop up on your windows media player - though it may take a while as the link is quite bad.
Mutu is looking lively, calls for a penalty to them ... but nothing given. Pippo has been offside twice, but possibly incorrect calls ?
don't bother if you have a 56k modem like me :D You'll need broadband.
better than nothing
thank you
replays show inzaghi wasn't offside ... juve still piling on the pressure and we're looking to play on the breaks
Serginho with some great control to bring down a ball on the run, crosses for Shevchenko who hits it first time and it either hits inzaghi or buffon makes a good save ... great chance though, probably should have scored
Mutu goes close with a free kick
then we have a free-kick, juve clear at the 2nd attempt
Milan are getting closer to scroing, but I have a bad feeling about this game...
This one does not work for me!
costacurta crunches in on nedved, the czech may need to be replaced
Yeah, sorry guys. I got it from TVAnts, so I guess you need the program too.
Chiellini with a yellow, Nedved is ok to carry on
Cannavaro tackled Inzaghi
Ibrahimovic with a shot, but Trezeguet was open ......
still going as people thought, juve with alot of pressure and milan still playing on the break, gradually edging back into the game
our midfield are being out-numbered, pirlo and kaka being shackled especially ..... which is stopping us linking up to the front two
Kaka puts in a low ball from the left, both Buffon and Chellini miss it but Pippo falls over as he goes to hit it ....
Gattuso with a yellow
The pitch may have saved Juve from going a goal down ...
Gattuso on Vieira, probably not a yellow just like Chellini's
half time and 0-0
As mentioned earlier we seem a bit outnumbered in midfield ... we may have just shaded it on the chances, but neither team has created anything of note ...

For those who have broadbands, CCTV 5 is showing the game (i just browsed around and found it) and the quality is quite good.
The yellow card on Gattuso was a bit soft and in favour of Juve IMHO. Rino definitely got the ball although his tackle was not a neat one. Towards the end of first half, we seemed to have more ball possession but couldnt create anything as the marking is extremely tight.
This game needs some creativity, and I believe Milan are the team to provide it. We will score, and I believe Milan will win the game.

Today i saw two Juve teams on the pitch...We played like juve for once..utterly lack of creativity and flair. Juve came into this game aiming for a draw IMO as they didnt attack with number even when we were down to 10 men.
On the positive side, in Kaladze we have found a very solid centre back. Defensive duo of Nesta and Kala have seemed to gel and been very secure of late.
So we didn't win, even if we had it wouldn't have changed things that much, Juve would still have to lose at least 2 or 3 times which is unlikely to happen in all honesty, barring some sort of major collapse.
Lets just hope for no serious injuries and look to continue our good form in the next game !
Yah, Kakha is definitely an inspired player. Didn't know what to think after that season off due to injury but after his displays the past month or so, definitely a keeper because he's so versatile.

Very disappointing 2nd half of football. I really expected more from our guys especially given how well we played in the first. Kakha, Nesta and Sergio were very, very good today with Kaladze being my MoM. Gattuso's RC was fully deserved IMO and a player with his experience should know far better than making such senseless tackless in fron of Juve's PA given that he already had 1 YC.
The RC ruined the game for us but I think we could have gotten more from it if carlo had replaced Gattuso. I don't know about you, guys, but within the first 10 min of the 2nd half it was clear that we lacked creativity in midfield and especially from Gattuso's zone. Given that he already was on 1 YC, it was a mystery to me why carlo didn't put Vogel in. I can't blame Carlo for starting with Ringhio as he is very useful in such big game vs a combative midfield like Juve's but IMO Carlo should have played in Vogel in the second half. That's about the one thing I didn't like tonight and have to put some blame on Carlo's decision making for "letting" Gattuso continue and, eventually, making us play with 10 men for 20-25 min, a period in which we weren't inferior at all to Juve but scoring a goal became close to impossible.
Anyway, I guess we can safely say that it's CL for us from now on.
Forza Milaaaaaaaan !!!!!!!
Having all 4 of your major strikers on the pitch at once surely didn't help Juve too much, it would be like us playing Shevchenko, Inzaghi, Gilardino and Amouroso all at once ...
Maybe it's time we moved Kaladze from left-back to centre-back completely and buy someone like Grosso ?

Well, given that Milan got the better of them in 1st half at their own turf and that even with 10 men we didn't look inferior to them, I don't blame them. True they have a 10 point lead in Serie A but their main goal is the CL and with a display like this one, I would be very surprised if they manage to oust even a young, inexperienced, and "fragile" team like Arsenal. Not to mention that it's a pure miracle for them to be still in the CL competition at all.

Although Rino deserved the second yellow card, I reckon his first yellow card was a bit harsh. His tackle on Vieira (or Emerson??) was not a neat one but he did get the ball and his knees caught Vieira accidentally on following through. Either way, like Zlantanov said, an experienced player like Rino should have known better.
Also, any comments on the turn-down penalty appeal? The ball clearly striked Emerson's arm when it could have been destined for the net.
it was a Chess game... like the 2003 UCL final... both afraid of making the big mistake...
Milan, being the one who needed 3 points did more to win...Pippo missed a couple not so clear opportunities...
Stop blaming Rino, he is not the one responsible for what the game was... Nedved got both cards out of him... Vieira deservec at least one YC in the first 30 min...
Stam's injury and Rino's RC limited Carletto's chances to make offensive adjustments...
Kaka' was not as bright as usual...
Besides Kaladze, Buffon was the best player...
and that handball by Emerson, intentional or not, prevented a goal by Nesta and should have been a penalty kick

There was only one team on the field that want to play football and this was not Juve. How Juve at Delle Alpi can show this kind of football to the 5000 fans (maybe a bit less) is unbelievable.
If Milan did this at the San-Siro everyone would freak out incl. me.
But really good performance by Milan. Defense is simply great with Nesta and Kala - maybe Sheva seemed not to be 100% while Inzaghi again against Juve don´t score even there was possibilities.

There was penalty for us when (I think Emerson) stoped Nesta's shot with his hand...
I honestly don't agree with this - I saw it many times in replay and I have no doubt that it was ball to hand in that situation. Emerson was just a meter away from Nesta, who span around and kicked the ball with ferosity. Emerson's hand was close to his body and he couldn't move it away even to save his life. Actually, for a moment there he didn't even know what or where it had hit him. Rightfully, IMO, Nesta was YCarded for his protests.
My complain from the refs have more to do with stopping several attacks for Milan for offsides that simply weren't - worst case was when, in the second half, a Kaka through ball found Pippo alone in front of Buffon. Pippo messed it up anayway but still the attack was stopped for an offside and I don't think there was one.
Apart from that, it was pretty good refereeing by Desanctis, I think. Especially given the whole nervousness of the game and the athmosphere in the stadium.
PS: Nesta's shot was going WILDLY out, it was very, very impresize as he was spinning while hitting the ball - it wouldn't have even gone close to Buffon's goal let alone score, but up in the sky.

too bad milan lost, i dont want to slag off Rino but he should have been more careful....Nedved and co were looking to get him sent off.... Juve were like watching paint dry, no wonder there stadium is empty! :hah2:

Guys, stop talking like Inter looser fans and feel cheated out of a victory - there was no reason for the ref to give a PK at all. The sitaution did look suspicious, especially given Juve's fame for getting helped by refs, but watch it on replay and you'll see that a PK in that situation would have been an unfair decision.

true, vs Werder there were 12-15000 fans, I think, and many of them were some Olimpic volunteers, who had been given FREE passes by Moggi and co in a really desperate attempt to make the stadium look fuller. :stupid:

But we didn't lose Graeme :D
Maybe now we can play Vogel and Jankulovski a bit more, give them more opportunities now that realistically the title is beyond us. Yes we should play hard for second place, but injuries to key players in semi-meaningless league matches won't be good for any kind of progression in the Champion's League

Apart from that, it was pretty good refereeing by Desanctis, I think. Especially given the whole nervousness of the game and the athmosphere in the stadium.
I don't aggree with you in this. I think, especially in the first half he gave yellow cards to us very easily while for example some harsh tackles by Viera on Kaka were unpunished. Rino got what he deserved, that's right, but Nesta wasn't the only one in this match who protested vehemently.....These are little things but that's the way things are going in Italy when you play against juve.

Yes, you're right, we must do more turnovers, for instance, rest Kaká, Sheva and Nesta a little more.
Sheva is not 100% for a few months now, we need him freshened( i hope this is the word...) up for Lyon. Kaka' did very good I think, its not easy to play against Emerson i Vieira who play super dirty football. Too bad Stam got injured and we didnt had simic ( WHY? ). After seeing pippo and GIla live in the same game, I think I know what Gila needs to do to improve his abilities - he needs to be a little bit explosive and needs more power in duels ( like Trezeguet). Gattuso really needs to be more carefull, he is temperamental but still....not a smart move from him. Seedorf and Pirlo had ok games, but we do lack sped and power in the middle. After all, good game and we should have won it. Juve stole another important point, it was a clear penalty!! bastards!!!

Stop blaming Rino, he is not the one responsible for what the game was... Nedved got both cards out of him... Vieira deservec at least one YC in the first 30 min...
Come on, Sant, let's talk realistically: the guy simply RUINED the game for us, 'cause just when you were starting to gain complete control he was sent off...

I agree that Viera should have been booked for that deliberate tackle on Kaka in the first half but did that really decide the outcome of the game? I guess not. Truth is that you'll need a lifetime to see a game where the ref is perfect, I mean you could always find certain situations where he could have done better but my point is that no major, game-deciding mistakes were committed today, especially by De Sanctis. Maybe there were several occasions where he got it wrong but that's only normal. What matters is that his decisions didn't interfere with the fluidity of the game or the score on the board and when he had to make a big call - like Rinho's RC or Nesta's PK appeals - he made the right decision, although in both cases it wasn't the one that Milan fans wanted to see.
what?? come on, it was a penalty! nesta shot...ball going into the goal.....hand play....what now? yellow card for complaining...ridicolous! To beat this Juve and the refs you need speed and power, plus 100% sheva. But im proud of Milan today!

I'm not saying that we were robbed of a victory tonight by the ref, but these 'small' mistakes anger me as well.
Anyway there is one thing that was very good to see today: after Rino's red card I was afraid that we would lose the game, but the whole team fought harder in that period and even then we had energy to attack.

Proud of Milan today? Only because we were slightly less boring and sluggish than Juve?
Those 'several occasions' where the referee makes a mistake always seem to happen in favor of Juventus. Viera could have been easily sent off in the 1st half. Inzaghi had to offside calls in the 1st half where he was clearly onside, and on one he could have scored but stopped running because of the call. Nedved is a cheating little dive-taking prick, I hope both USA and Italy destroy the Czech Republic at the World Cup.
Dida played well today, seemed confident and sure handed. Kaladze also played very well, and earlier in the season some people here wanted to hang him for the mistake he made against PSV. Overall, I think our defense played well today. Everybody did their job, and its great to see Billy out there again.
Inzaghi played hard but could have done better with some of his opportunities. Sheva had an average game by his standards, but he did not get enough passes from the midfield. Especially from Kaka who played relatively poorly. Sergingho continued to do his job on the left side. He made some nice crosses and had some nice runs, some of which were triggered by Seedorf. Pirlo played OK, better than some of his poor performances earlier in the season but still could do better. Rino also had an OK performance, and I don't think he deserved to get sent off.
What dissapointed me is our play after Rino's red card. For a while we played hard and showed a lot of heart. But after that we just gave the ball away on numerous occasions, its like we just gave up later and decided that we couldn't get a goal.
We should have gotten a penalty on that Nesta shot. It doesn't matter whether it was going in or not, Emerson had his arm extended from his body, maybe not intentionally but that also does not matter.
Well, what do you expect? We did play Juve at the Delle Alpi. And I am not surprised so little people cam to see Juventus, who in their right mind wants to see this sort of play?

well, let's not forget that we had a Cl game on Wednesday, which gave us 1 less day to rest compared to Juve. Plus, playing with 10 men against a defensive minded and solid team like Juve is deffinitely gonna get us tired after a while.
Our biggest problem today, IMO, was Rinho's RC and Carlo's failure to sub him off at the start of the 2nd half. Still not sure why a player like Vogel, especially after his performance vs Empoli and Bayern, didn't get in Gattuso's place after the restart. If that move had been done, it would have kept the solidity in midfield, added vision and creativity, and most importantly kept us with 11 men on the field.
I am not saying that we should have scored after Rino's red card, just that some of the give-aways we made were absolutely ridiculous. And its not like it was a hard situation, just a simple pass. But instead I saw Pirlo and Ambro make some silly mistakes, and one almost led to a Juve goal. Only a fould against Pirlo saved us.
I don't care at all about how Juve played today, i care about Milan's game and it was pathetic.
Some may say that it was Juve we played against and that it wasn't easy for us, but did any of you saw at least a spark of motivation in our team ? I didn't
We played like we were satisfyed with the draw, no motivation at all.
Ancelotti..as much i respect him, i could have killed him if he was close to me. Putting Costacurta as right back ???? Was he drunk or something ?
Where did all the creativity go tonight ? I didn't see it at all !
Why Inzaghi out ? he mayed seem like an amateur tonight, but he was the only dangerous man in our team ! Carlo should have played with 3 attackers after 60 minute, because we had nothing to lose, we could have won only !
Penalty or not ? If i was a referee i would have done the same thing as Descantis !
We had the same situation few times this year ( i remember the last one, Serginho's handball against Reggina) and there was never a penalty against us.
Addmit it, if the situation was different and our player played with hand, we would have said it wasn't deliberate !
Juventus...awfull, but i guess it was Capello who ordered them to play this way. The guy was playing for 0:0 and he got it. That's why he's great and he brought us , and all the others, so many trophies.
I'm very dissapointed with Milan tonight. We had the chance to beat Juve and we didn't even try to score

I agree!! This was certainly no penalty kick.
I'm also a bit sad with the reaction of Gattuso after his second yellow card. Of course it was a yellow card! If the referee would have given a red card for that foul, I wouldn't be angry either. Gattuso has dissapointed me today.
For the rest, this was a quite boring game, but especially Juve is responsible for that. Every minute there was a Juve player laying on the ground. Especially Nedved. What was wrong with him today?
Anyway, 0-0 is the right result I think.

We should have won. Great kaka today, unfortunately the pitch did not help Pippo in his 2 chances. What is up with Gila? He never seems to be participating in the game. Great Nesta/Kaladze partnership. Poor ref today, not for the penalty, but for his poor decisions. Vieira deserved a yellow card much earlier than it was given (if itwas given at all), and Nesta shud not have gotten a yellow card for complaining. Very poor referee certainly.
I hope we dont lose more ground to Inter. The scudetto I believe is now officially for Juve. Only after today's game I have given up. I hope we use Serie A to regain confidence of players like Jankulovski and Amoroso. Hope Ancelotti tries the 3man defence for teams that will defend, because that's exactly what Lyon will do against us in the 2nd leg.
we had some hope for the scudetto but now we must concentrate in CL.
if we had won this game, maybe it could be possible to achieve Juventus, but still very difficult. let´s not give much attention to this game
Paris is our goal. we must concentrate hard to defeat Lyon and probably Barça.
i think 2ş place in serie A is ours

After this game I actually started really believing that Juve paid all the refs in Italy...What a hell was that? Nesta claimed a penalty and got a yellow card...Although my fiance said that Nesta said "vaffanculo" to ref...Is that true? Although even in 10 men we played well...Poor Rino...:( Sheva seemed very tired or lazy, he didnt have any desire to run after the ball or try to anticipate it...Nesta played very good, Dida too..Kaka almost wasnt seen and Inzaghi missed a couple of great opportunities...After all...draw I guess means that whatever we do, we will not see first place...:(

Nesta did say vaffanculo, but he had his back turned to DeSantis so it was more likely as if he was saying s**t or f**k because he was booked. Apparently, referees in Italy get easily offended these days, had it been Juve`s player it`d go unnoticed. There were some serious mistakes as far the refereeing goes, but i don`t think PK was one of them, it was more about booking and few offsides which Pippo was not part of.Overall, i think Milan played good, but not good enough to win. Juve played a dull game and defended most of the time, i think we were more `open` and created many chances which statistics in shots at goal also show.At least we can now focus on CL, and i`m actually pretty encouraged because it seems we`re coming back to our old form at the best possible moment.
I`m anxiously waiting for Giova`s report from the match since he was there.

Gattuso was plain embarassing today, then again he has always been with his punkish antics and wackey behaviour
He should never start again!
The only thing I can say is I'm so upset and sad
We were definetly the better team today. If Juve did not kill-off the game with fouls we would have totally outplayed them. Capello is smart though and he did exactly what he had to. Made the game stop every 2 minutes. Today demonstrates that a Milan in-form team is on a higher level then Juventus.
One of the things that really ruined my day was NEDVED. This guy is a disgrase for the sport. He dives in every duel and whenver he is fouled acts like he got shot. After the "shooting" he lays on the ground for 2 minutes. Magically after the player has received a yellow card he becomes superman and is on he feet all healthy again. He has been doing that the whole season and it really gets me sick. If he really wants to be hurt maybe somebody should really do it one day and take this piece of sh!t out of the game.
Another thing is........football was not meant to be played on sand. The "Delle Alpi" pitch was ridicilus today. Players kept falling down the whole time.
Thirth thing.....Refferies really need some schooling. Two untrue offsides on Inzaghi. Where the fu*ck was the linesman looking. A hot girl or something. Inzaghi was cleary onside on both occasions. Yes it was close but that is why it is a trained refferie there that makes money for the job he does and not me out there. He needs to LOOK.
A little stats for you. FIRST HALF:Milan-10 fouls=2 YC; Juve-17 fouls=1 YC.
Where is the fuc*ken sense in that. Please dont tell me that our fouls were harsher. The first yellow card that Gattuso received was a total bull. There was nothing in the tackle on Vieira. It was just a hard challenge. How about a yellow card for Vieira when he pulled Pirlo for 5 seconds before half-time.
The second yellow card for Gattuso might have been a yellow.....however he was going for the ball and the shi*bag Nevded jumped as high as he could to make it dramatic. The refferie however could have held back as he did did 3 minutes earlier not to give us a clear penalty. Emerson clearly naldled the ball and it does not matter whether it was intentional or not. How do we know where that ball was going to end up he it hadn't hit his arm. On the same incident Nest receives a YC for complaining. No sh!t he is going to complain when you cut him a penalty. What do reffs think nowdays....that no1 can say anything to them???? Every one compleined throughout the course of the game but this "joker" has to card Nesta for talkin.
We can talk all we can now but we have to admit that 2nd place is as high as we can get now. With the increasing refferie support that Juve gets it is hard to even imagine that Juve is going to lose 10 points. One thing is sure however........Millions of people watched the game today and we proved to the world that even though 10 points back.....we on a higher level then Juventus.

So my 2 cents about the game:
First :**** the stupid refs ,once again they favord juve, how the **** can u stop a game in play action and book player?the rules say either u book him for swearing at the moment he does or u let the FAZE FINISH,but its normal when juve is close to loosing some thing needs to be done by the refes to alow them to win.
About our players...i dunno pippo missed alot, sheva dident realy shine,in rest the whole team playd verry well, but of course about pippo performence :the pich stop him a couple of times..
Didda playd well, the defence playd well, except for billy,he dosent have the speed any more, tactic he performed good but,his not good enought any more:(((,pirlo dident play much today, vogel whould have been better ...but anyway still afther gatusso left the pich wee playd well ,juve dident diserve this win.
all i can say is ancelotti, please put vogel as starting eleven to replace gattuso next time!!!
seems like scudetto is gone, but we MUST finish second!
our ultimate objective now is to win CL in paris!!!!

Then some of you expect Carlo to field this or that player only after the d@mn game is done and would have been the first to throw their arms up in a tantrum if he actually did field a different squad and end up actually losing! Then we got the lot that says we want Carlo out... let us get a new coach and at the same time make utterly stupid statements that Juve gets want they want handed to them on a silver platter due to some fabled conspiracy. Gee if that's the case, no matter what Coach Carlo does, JUVE WINS! So if that is the case no matter who we get... Juve wins.
What's my point??? My point isnt about Milan the Squad. It is about Milan and some of its FANS who dont realize the schitzo sickness of their own stupid thinking and rationale. well, I think if people express their concern or suggestions about coaching and other aspects about milan its because they care and they feel attached to the club, so I do not understand you, even if what some poeple write here is not rigt from your point of view you can not ask from everybody professional understanding of football, its a fan web page , not coachs web page right?, so calm down mate:)
,juve dident diserve this win. The sad thing is : They didn't beat us at all. But yes, this draw is like a defeat.
I'm thinking for a long time now, to figure it out why was Juve "better" than us in last 2 seasons.
I don't think the referees are the ones who brought them 2 scudettos, or that it was luck.
I surely don't think that it was Capello who makes the difference, because Carlo is also a world class coach also.
So, what is it ?
Last year i'm 100% that it was CL that took the scudetto from us. We had 3 very hard and important matches more than Juve and it proved to be decisive.
But this year ???? I really don't know what was the problem . We had many good matches and great moments. Even more than Juve had, but still they were ending up winning their matches while we were defeated.
The first thing that crosses my mind about the difference between Milan and Juve is Emerson-Vieira partnership. As much this kind of partnership takes the beauty out of the game, i'm sure that if we want results we need to have 2 hard working defensively oriented midfielders that know how to help the attackers also. Juve has them, Chelsea has them, and that's why they are winning 2 years in a row.
We don't have players of this profile and we suffer.
Having this kind of players means that we have to sacrifice Pirlo or Seedorf, but our big heads must ask themselves the question : do we want pure beauty without results, or we want results ?
Yes, niether Mourinho or Capello won the CL in last 2 years with this kind of play, but they don't have Kaka to bring creativity to the hard defense, and Milan has him
We do have CL now and i pray that we'll get it ( i rate our chances very big).
But no matter some of you say, even if we win the CL, there will have to be some big changes in our team. All those 35-40 years old are my idols, but they must say goodbye to football next year !

Kakha, Nesta and Sergio were very, very good today with Kaladze being my MoM. Gattuso's RC was fully deserved IMO and a player with his experience should know far better than making such senseless tackless in fron of Juve's PA given that he already had 1 YC.
I agree with the MOM...Kaha was class today, pure class!
This is a mystery to me as well, Ivgeny, and I want to say that this single decision was the most important one for us, as you went on to say:
The RC ruined the game for us but I think we could have gotten more from it if carlo had replaced Gattuso. I don't know about you, guys, but within the first 10 min of the 2nd half it was clear that we lacked creativity in midfield and especially from Gattuso's zone. Given that he already was on 1 YC, it was a mystery to me why carlo didn't put Vogel in. I can't blame Carlo for starting with Ringhio as he is very useful in such big game vs a combative midfield like Juve's but IMO Carlo should have played in Vogel in the second half.
Though I disagree that his tackle was harsh..in fact I think he slipped, and Nedved, the diver, made more of the contact than necessary.
Vogel should have played, and I would dare say should even have started, to be replaced by Rino after we scored, to firm up the middle.
This game highlighted for me, that for this game, ie Milan v Juve, a ref from somewhere off planet should officiate...I mean, deScanctis, who is supposedly Italy´s best ref behind the retired Collina, had a poor game, from not giving Viera a yellow card from early, to the non-call for the penalty.
If it is that we could get a penalty for a defender handling the ball which was as close to his body as it can get, (in the UCL) then surely we should have gotten a penalty for Emerson´s (inadvertent as it was) handling in the box.
As for the sending off: Rino should know better, and so should Carlo, and indeed, keeping Rino on the field, when both Emerson and Viera were actively trying to enrage the volatile Italian was the fatal error in this drama.
Surely though, Nedved could have gotten a card for diving? I mean, I hope someone steps on his neck in the world cup, or before the season is through, as he thoroughly needs to feel the pain he simulates with such maddening frequency.
All in all, I am proud of Milan, proud because even with 10 men, we tried to attack, and Juve, which is so typical of them, defended against 10 men! Incredible...and the perfect reason why I am glad to be a Milan fan, and not a Zebra...we play football, as it should be played, as it was intended to be played.
What we need now are refs that protect our attacking players, be they Ronaldinho, Kaka, or Messi, and linesmen who actually give the attacker the benefit of the doubt in an offside situation.
I am dismayed that we werent able to defeat the Zebras, but even Juve fans will be forced to admit that though they will in all likelyhood win the scudetto, they dont have the best team in Italy.
Back to the game though:
Kaka: Played well, though he was stymied by Emerson-Viera, but both should have been carded from the first half, which would have made them less likely to foul the Brazilian youngster. He was guilty though, on more than one occasion, of turning his back on the overlapping player, to try for a more difficult midfield pass...
Sheva: He didnt have his best game, but his strike partner blocked his best attempt at goal.
Pippo: Should have been benched in my opinion for Gila, whose strength we needed more than the veteran´s guile.
Carlo: Made two fatal errors: Starting Pippo, and keeping Rino on the pitch when Voegl would have been a better alternative for the 2nd half.
I cant say I am devastated at the outcome, as my pragmatic side predicted this result. I am dissapointed at Carlo´s mistakes, Rino´s over exuberance, the ref pocketing Juve´s pay, and the poor quality of the pitch.
Anyway, as always: FORZA MIIIIIIIIIIILAN!!!
I don't know what happenned yesterday. All I can say is that we had a crystal clear penalty and Neved is a son of a *****. He dives and rotates as if he has just been shot, but then when he's given a foul he starts running again.
VERY PROUD OF HAVING INSULTED LIVE with Giova :gun: juve, merdved, cannavaro, buffon etc.
JUVENTINO PEZZO DI MERDA.....
SAPETE SOLO RUBARE (YOU KNOW ONLY HOW TO STEAL)
Though I disagree that his tackle was harsh..in fact I think he slipped, and Nedved, the diver, made more of the contact than necessary.
Let's not cry about Nedved because our Pippo is exactly the same. But i guess both of them learned this in Juve.
Collina also didn't give much more clear penalty for us last season when we lost 0:1 at San Siro.
I may be naive ( as a matter of fact i am, hehe) but i think refs don't support any of the big teams when they play against eachother. They do make mistakes, but all these mistakes are unintentional i think.
Noone can make me believe that Collina didn't give a penalty for us last year on purpose, or because it was against Juve, because i've seen him many many times how he gives penalties against them. But at the end it always stands that Juve is the only side that gets the benefit of referees mistakes !!!
About Inzaghi "offsides" last night. He wasn't offside for sure, but he wasn't even clearly onside. He was in line with Juve's defenders. And 99.99% when attacker is on line with the defenders , referees call it off side. Because the damage will be much bigger if they don't call offside, the player scores and then they see that it was offside. Plus, Inzaghi has a reputation of "offside man" and no matter if we play against Juve or Lecce, refs will always call offside when Inzaghi is involved ( although, to be honest, he's offside in 90% of situations)
About Vieira, i totally agree. All the fauls he made were not for yellow card, but 5 small fauls always mean a yellow card. He made 10 such fauls in 1st half and he didn't even get a warning.
Maybe a yellow for him would have changed nothing, but still... huge mistake by DeScantis for not giving him a card !
I am dismayed that we werent able to defeat the Zebras, but even Juve fans will be forced to admit that though they will in all likelyhood win the scudetto, they dont have the best team in Italy.
Too bad in 2-3 years nobody will remember that we had a better team in 2006, but people will always remember that Juve won the scudetto in 2005/06. That's why this fact will never make me happy and i will never comfor myself with this !
It hurts when you have a better team and you get defeated at the end. Not Juve, not the referees, but it was us who defeated ourselves. If we analyze this Serie A season we will see that we made more mistakes than allowed. Outplaying Juve is useless when you know that Chievo outplayed you. That you couldn't beat Sampdoria at home, or small Ascoli away, or being defeated away in Firenze or Rome !
We can comfort ourselves with everything now, but if an outsider reads our posts , he'll think we're pathetic losers. That's why i will congratulate Juve for well deserved scudetto but invite them to compete against us in Champions league, where the best of the best compete. Oposite of many of you, i pray for Milan-Juve final !

you're crazy man....gattuso was playing well today....if it wasn;t for that piece of sh!t nedved and those damn referees, gattuso would have finished the game and we would probaly won the game.
Come on.... this is silly! Gattuso certainly deserved that red card against Juve! That referee was not that bad if you ask me!
We all love Milan here on this forum, but we need to stay honest and realistic!

Emerson clearly naldled the ball and it does not matter whether it was intentional or not. How do we know where that ball was going to end up he it hadn't hit his arm.
It is kinda late already for this, but I just re-watched this match.
Absolutely positively there should have been a PK after this handball.
The sphere is travelling into the direction of the net, handball as clear as one can be and NO freaking penalty.
The ref saw it, everyone saw it.
What a disgrace again!
On another incident ...
On Inzaghi's one-on-one with the goalie,
I do not think there was a foul - Pippo let the ball escape too far first, that was about it. His fault!

I disagree strongly with you like most people. The hand was extended outside of the body's cross-section if you talk about the trajectory of the flying round projectile, the ball. Even if the arm was at the torso, but outside of the body cross-section, it would be a handball. Especially, if the sphere is moving towards the net.
