I think that if awarded in an appropriate manner, then something like this would be beneficial to the forums. But it has to be done right, otherwise we'll be right back where we started and MK will be right in that discrimination will again be an issue.

IMO everyone can do it, it's so easy... but you have to be patient a bit of course [as in life also] ;)
