As I was preparing to post this thread Cagliari were 1-0 up with literally seconds to go. Suazo had scored in the FH with a penalty and with Del Piero missing a penalty later in SH it seemed we would be -4 points. Cannavaro decided to outstage Kaladze with a header off a Camonaresi corner in the 50th min.
5 points is a lot more with 4 games to go. We have the harder road with the remaining 4 games. For arguments sake lets say we win the last 4 Juventus would still need to score only 8 points to win so 2 wins and 2 draws is enough.
In anycase you take what you can get and we should be happy were still fighting for both CL and SerieA late in April. Who knows maybe we can do what we WERE going to do last season and finally do the double (its been a while) or will it be a repeat of last season?
We seem so close again but Milan fans know how far that is too. Football is unpredictable and anything can happen. Expect the unexpected. People will tell you the odds are againts us. I hope we defy those people and odds ourselves as we seem on the other end of the stick often. We Milan defintelty deserve it.
