Oh my god, these rumours are getting worse and worse. Now Milan are supposedly interested in offering a contract to Giuseppe Favalli of Inter. He is 34 years old, and way over the top. Actually I think he's never been nowhere near Milan class at all. And, more important, do we need another old player in our squad?
We are being linked with so many ordinary players that I'm getting sick. How on earth are players like Favalli and Poulsen supposed to make us take the title away from Juventus next season?
Here's the link regarding Favalli:

i hope not, he may be experienced but his age is against him. Would prefer Milan to get Grosso or Pasqual

Well, from what I read only signatures are missing. I appreciate experienced defenders but just don't see what we could possibly get from a 34 yo Favalli. Should he come, I will be surprised if we go for Gallas. hope I am wrong though.

Well another less impressive player linked with Milan. Old age but not enought quality if compare with Stam n Cafu even at almost same age. Mostly if come will be come a bench warmer only like Simic and lasted a season . It free rite?? That the most important thing to Milan....I mean ac milan club

Actually I think some of our supposed transfer-targets (like Favalli, Poulsen) shows a lack of ambition from the club. We need the best players to be the best team, it's as simple as that. We need to strengthen the team and not only the bench... And now that Berlusconi is not prime minister anymore I hope he will concentrate more on Milan and bringing in the best of the best.

link plsssssss
i cant bealive
well, believe or not, it's seems that he will join AC Milan, on june, and I don't think we should be exhausted, we used to see milan signing free players, who are aged 30+,
this think really make me nervous, but that's the club strategy, maybe they are saving money for some big players, like ronaldinho, maybe!
not so bad concidering he is reliable even though aging a bit... + italian ;)

i remember that there were the same legitimate doubts around Pancaro, then he came and played a fantastic season making us winning a Scudetto. So, i think Favalli can do well, esp because he's going to be an experienced backup and a reliable one.
Btw this policy to sign aged players so far seems to wrok very well, due to the fact we've done better than anyone else in europe in the last 5 years
plus, let me remind that from the next year , if i remember well, we MUST have a percentage of italian players and players from the youth team as well

We will support him if he comes, but it's not a dream signing...

I think that I got an idea to tell them to sign Favalli and other 9 player's and one goalkeeper that have 40 years of age..
you know whats funnier??? ... despite the constant cheating, the scudetto is slipping away...
no win in the last what? ... 6 games now :haha:

milan signing inter rejects, thats funny haha
tell that to Seedorf and Pirlo and mk18 is right - there are even funnier things than Milan signing Inter rejects.

dont know if it's 6 but for sure would have been two losses more if it wasn't for the refs vs Cagliari and Lazio.
Favalli.....he can be replacement for serginho, kaladze, maldini, jankulovski who are ALL better solution on the LB than him. this sucks

feels like we are a dump zone!
says on the ac milan oficial site that his coming, hope his not plzzzzzzzz not a expired retard inter player here!
i think galliani said that there are negotiations with him
On the Channel 4 site it states some of the targets Inter are looking at and it appears that they are looking at Grosso, the Palermo left-back. Now as far as i understand it, Grosso and Pasqual have been two of the best left-backs in the league this season so why on earth aren't Milan going for one of them ?? Instead we have Favalli :stress: In my eyes that's poor management.

At the beginning of this season our defence was
(with the first row being starters and the second row benchers);
Maldini-------Stam------Nesta-------Cafu
Jankulovski---Kaladze---Costacurta---Simic
Now at the end of the season it looks more like
(with Simic eating a burger in the stands;));
Serginho---Kaladze---Nesta--------Stam
????????---Maldini----Costacurta---Cafu
When I look at it like that, moving for Favalli is not so strange a move.
To me it proofs Ancelotti and Galliani believe in Serginho as starting back,
if so Favalli is good enough as backup.
:v46: Favalli ....
i dont think he is a player for milan ..
