Fix is all I have to say. Its not being overly bitter but the ref gave us nothing at all and Sheva's goal, perfectly valid being ruled out for what reason?

It smells to me like UEFA wanted Barca in the final under any circumstances to give them the dream (cash) final.

i strongly feel that uefa and that fat prez of theirs always favor ronny no matter what he does. this is so unfair and must be so demoralising for other better players. yeah ppl just ge mesmerised by his monkey moves and those innocent faces he makes are soooooo :d55: !

I think after last season and the whole Chelsea situation, this season also as well I suppose, that they decided a while ago Barca were in the final. But nothing will be said or done at all...

Don't be like an Inter fan...

And yes, I also agree that UEFA favors Barca and Robby for being so 'fan friendly.'

My furious Milanisti comrades.....

I personally "smell" a dirty dishonour referee Merk from Germany...

My reason.... Milan beat Schalke 04 and Bayern Munchen who are German teams. So does Juve or Inte who beat Bremen ?? German will be the host for the World Cup....Those shameful games which shows that German teams lost to Italian teams does irritating this bloody German Referee to do his dirty decision to disallowe Sheva's clean goal.
So, Merk try his every chance to revenge.....and Milan was the only victim last night as there was no more Italian team left in the semifinal except Milan...

I don't know when will FIFA approve the use of the cameras to correct the referee mistakes to prevent from any of this kind ridiculous revenge did by the German referee namely Markus Merk !!!!!

So..my Milanisti compatriots...
Be patient now as we are not inferior to Barca and many magazines did say that Sheva's goal is a clean goal..thus this is a realevidence and proof that we do not deserve to loss against Barca last night!!!
There will be another 3 important games towards the Scudetto race....
Good news from Juve's camp that Ibra and Viera fought onthe field and need Capello to involve to stop the fight...
I believe this is a good sign that they are no longer solid as before and be in the heavy pressure inside themselves...owrrying to loss the race against Milan....

I do also believe that God has His plan to give Milan another precious prize...hopefully the scudetto 2005-2006 although we are still 3 points behind Juve.
But..if God Wants Milan to bring the trophy to Milanello..then every impossible thing thought by man would become possible in God's Hands....

Lets back to the hard work and give our best supports to our beloved team...I Rossoneri.....
The Red Devils will Strike Back !!!!!!!!

To those who laughed at what I wrote and comment. Here id the proof to what the latest news and evidence to my post; bottom line Merk did something "strange" to Milan.

Visit and read at this site:

Here is the excerpt and bottom line to my conclusion :
quote :

There are even reports that UEFA came out in favour of Milan in this situation, effectively banning Merk from officiating a game with Italy or Shevchenko’s Ukraine in the 2006 World Cup.

unquote.

What else can you argue with me??
I have been watching lots of football games even more than 30 years before you was born.
For you to know I born in 1945..that's why I named myself as Oldman...

This is very clear announcement about that Bastard namely Dr. Markus Merk :

This is the URL : http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/apr28h.html

This is the complete contentof the site :

UEFA back Sheva strike Friday 28 April, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

UEFA have taken Milan’s side in the debate over Andriy Shevchenko’s disallowed goal against Barcelona on Wednesday.

The Ukrainian’s strike was chalked off by referee Markus Merk for an alleged push on Barcelona defender Carles Puyol.

However, Milan were adamant that Shevchenko had not made contact and those claims have now been vindicated by video evidence. The decision proved costly for Milan who were eliminated after losing 1-0 on aggregate, and may prove to be equally costly for the German official.
While he has been almost universally recognised as the most reliable official in the game since the retirement of Pierluigi Collina, Merk now will not be allowed to referee any game involving Italy – and possibly Ukraine – in the forthcoming World Cup.
The 42-year-old German had been the favourite to be handed the Final of the tournament, but this also now appears unlikely.Despite his impeccable record, this is not the first time that Merk has found himself at the centre of controversy.

In 2001 he awarded a hotly-debated indirect free kick to Bayern Munich in the last minute of the final game of the season against Hamburg. The kick was converted and won the Reds the Bundesliga title at the expense of Schalke.

The decision proved to be correct but Merk has never been given a Schalke home match since for fear of violence against him.

===============================
What else can you say or defend this Bastard Dr. Markus Merk ????

I have tried very hard to find Markus Merk's email to ask him personally whathas happened with this announcement but failed to do it....

Will have to find out whether this true (which I believe so cause if not then channel4.com will be having a huge problem for making false news)

To be honest..from the very beginning of the game at Nou Camp I saw a "strange" face of Merk....looks like that he has a "mission" to accomplish....and now he get the prize of doing it and becoming a "stranger" in the WC Finals especially and all Italy and Ukrainian games....

God Damn You Merk !!!!!!!!!

sorry for being rude.. but its not that that im laughing about...

i was laughing because in the part i quoted, it sounded as if ur telling us that merk received a mail from the gerhald shroeder saying he has to 'eliminate' 'the italian team' or something...

and whats with the comrade stuff?? ... dude, were all milanista's, and i have nothing against any of you...but were not fighting a world war 3 here... im a crazy milanista just like you, but its just a football game at the end of the day, your post makes it sound as if it was d-day!

NO PROBLEM AT ALL and just forget the past disagreement as we are all Milanisti.

I just want to underline 2 basic things:
1. You are absolutely right that it is only a football game and in game we can either winning or loosing . It would be no problem loosing to a fine team like Barca but loosing under such a ridiculous and dishonored way by CHEATED by a referee..in this case Markus Merk CANNOT BE ACCEPTED

2. Milan not only loosing the chance to be a finalist and the champion but also loosing a great amount of money....just imagine that we could buy new players to replacing Stam and backing up Maldini, Billy, Cafu and many others to reinforce our backline at the end of this season...

We must also start to understand that sports could be misused for political issues which we all do not expect and want to happen...
But in this "dirty world"...starting to understand that "Money and Power" could ruin all lovely things that we are all expecting would be also good for not being surprised by this dirty practices...

Lets back to our Milan games...
This evening we will be hosting Livorno (I would prefer to say that Milan will be welcoming Carlo Mazzone..a very "tricky" tactician) who may humiliate us at San Siro..though on paper the chance is very minor..but again football is not mathematics...
Milan would be without Nesta, Maldini, Ambrosini (they are all injured) and Seedorf (sanction)
Carletto has called on Aubameyang to reinforce our mid/back line which I don't think quite on par to backing up the lost of Nesta, Ambro and Seedorf.

Just hope that Carletto could field in the right and effective 11 and that Siena and Juve won't be playing "dirty game" between them (Siena has 8 Juve players in their team as supporting loaned players)

I will for sure watch the game on my local TV after watching how could Valentino Rossi win the MotoGP from 11th place on the starting grid....

Ciao and watch the game carefully to be able to analize games in more detailed and critical way...
I think Milan would have 65% chance to winning the game but since the ball is round then...anything could happen in the pitch... I also hope that we won't be getting another Merk at San Siro....(bear in mind that Juve is the Master for "playing" with referees in Serie A games....;)
