View Full Version : Official : Farewell Marcio and Vogel
Channel 4 Football reports that Marcio have his contract rescinded. While Vogel have sign to Real Betis as part of Olivera's Transfer.
Good luck and all the best for both of them and thank you for your stint at MILAN!!
Not too bothered about Amoroso, but I will miss Vogel who in my opinion was better than Gatusso last season and will probably be needed when Ambro gets injured yet again.
Another good player added to a list of good players we didnt seem to want.
Vogel it was a good affair for MILAN

I too will miss vogel...but i guess the borad figures that with the squad consisting of vogel, gattuso , ambro and brocchi that vogel was expendable, especially if it helped cut the cost for oliveria
I doubt it, more like Betis squeezed him out of a desperate board who failed to act sooner.

I didn't want to start a new thread for this but...
Pasquale Foggia has been sent to Lazio...(www.acmilan.com).
No news of Oddo.
If Janku does not play this season Il wonder why we didnt exchange him

Kicking Vogel out is very sad because he was a good player and could have been a like a teacher to our young Gourcoff.
Grazie Vogel!
I was hooping that this season Carlo would have more trust in Vogel and we could see him offten playing for us but now his a Betis player good luck to Vogel and Amoroso too ! :sigh:
It would have been nice if Vogel had stayed but Rino, Ambro and Brocchi have us covered like mentioned. Amoroso or not I have never been comfortable with only 4 forwards on the squad.
Good luck to Vogel and Amoroso they've been good squad players
I agree that it is a little unfortunate that they were released so unceremoniously, but I am sure it was a peaceful and not acrimonious split.
Grazie Marcio and Vogel for all you did and I'm a bit disappointed that neither ever got to score an official goal for Milan but oh well.....we have some fantastic new players (Gourcuff, Oliveira) to look forward to and it is in the best interest of the team.
again....thank you to you both.
Amoroso did score a penalty in last season's last match...
yeah right, his first and last goal for milan. vogel is another example of a professional player. ciao guys, thanx for everything

Amoroso rescinded his contract with Milan and went to Corinthians.
The transfer fee for RO has not been disclosed/officially confirmed by neither club but rumours suggest we paid 17mil euros + Vogel to Betis, again these are just rumours, not officially confirmed figures.
