"The ‘Corriere dello Sport’ reported Inter as readying a 90 million Euro bid to be sweetened by the inclusion of discontent marksman Adriano. Moratti is confident that the size of the offer will be enough to sway even the declared hardheartedness of Barça President Joan Laporta; determined to hold onto both Messi and Ronaldinho."
If inter gets messi....then milan has no chance...
:5inter: who cares. We need few SMART signings, and that is exactly what Morratti is uncapable of. FORZA MILAN!

asallam ua laikum karim....ur happy arent u ..
Even a great player in such a weak-minded club will likely become rubbish. Wont happen the first time and it wont be the last. He's pretty inexperenced yet to be welcomed as messi-ah. What am i talking, this transfer wont happen anyway.

If Inter have "had" Messy for 17 years now, doesn't that make him around 35 yo? :eekani: ... And we thought Oba Martins was scamming us with his age :rollani: :diablo:
I don't care who Inter is going to sign or how much they are going to spend, all I want to kno wis when Milan gets the few badly needed players.
Moratti shouldnt ruin the career of such a great prospect. After all, Inter have already ruined much of Adriano's career. But then again, if Messi DECIDES to leave Barca for Inter, then I dont have much sympathy for him :)
This is not going to happen. Messi is becoming more and more popular by the day in Barcelona and he has come through their youth programs. The people over there love him. Barcelona will probably sell Ronaldinho either this summer or the year after, but Messi is going to stay there for a long time.
Don't be so sure
In Barselona they loose their star players easily (Ronaldo, Figo, Rivaldo) and besides they have a lot of debts in this moment

First of all , SANT :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha: :haha:
About Barcelona and their stars : What i never understood is Ronaldo's transfer to Inter.
He was only 20, he came after an incredibille season in Barcelona where he scored 47 goals on 49 matches, and he was allready recognized as the best player in the world and as the most exciting talent the world ever produced.
Messi is nowhere near Ronaldo was back then.
But still Barcelona sold him to Inter !!
They even sold their greatest star at the time, Luis Figo, to their biggest rivals, so saying now that Barclona won't dare selling such a talent as Messi is, doesn't hold water, because they will certanly sell for the right prize, no matter if the player is called Oleguer, Messi or Ronaldinho.
And no matter how great Messi is at 19, i don't think anyone aside from Inter and Chelsea will offer the right prize for him, but someone from Inter or Chelsea WILL offer some 80-90 million, and Barcelona will sell him immediately !

I can confirm it. This will happen just after I marry Britney Spears on my pink spaceship circling Mars.

In both the Ronaldo and Figo cases they bought out their contracts. Barcelona couldn't say "no" to the deals.

Barcelona lose Messi for three months
tribalfooball.com - November 13, 2006
Barcelona midfielder Leo Messi will be out for three months after breaking down in last night's victory over Real Zaragoza.
Messi broke a metatarsal in a clash with Zaragoza midfielder Alberto Celades, once of Real Madrid, during the first-half. The Argentine will undergo surgery today.
Metatarsel, where is that in human body?

a metatarsel is a the bone that extends from the heel to each one of the toes on the human foot.
I guess someone stepped on his foot.
Ahit that's very bad, anyone got a vid of the injury, better yet, Ronnie was supposed to be a wonder that day, can someone give me a link to the goal?

What is the probability of Messi screwing his career? I mean do you know any inter player who has improved his performance as a youngster. (Please don't include Facchetti or Bergomi, they were from a completely different class)

and look what you/Mancini did to the poor guy! I would have loved to have him at Milan and see him turn into another inter-reject-milan-star. Well back to Messi, i don't think he will ever join you because ...... aghh you know it.

What would you do if you were in Mancio's situation?
You got Ibrahimovic and Crespo to increase your striker force which was not doing so much latly in terms of scoring, now its becoming better, with Adriano, Ibra, Crespo, Recoba, Cruz, and Oba in the picture, at least one had to go.
Oba is younger and with talent, Recoba will never leave because of Moratti
Oba is younger than Cruz and thus with provide Inter with more money, plus Cruz has proven himself already since he joined us that he could be more reliable in scoring than Martins, and thus we kept Cruz and sold Oba, good choise indeed :)
But I wish we get Oba back again, but only when we truly need him, because if he comes, I don't want to see him left out on the sub, at least not for long.

Spending the entire transfer budget for 2 seasons on 1 promising player doesn't sound smart to me in the situation Milan is in...

There are different understandings on this issue obviously. IMHO, :D means that you are really happy - it is not sarcastic. :D

By the way, I really enjoyed watching Messi
dispossessed by Kaka' and starting chasing fruitlessly for 60+ meters only to see our golden boy dribble past another two defenders and send the ball into the back of the net. :rotfl: :ilol:

Milan still have no chance even if Inter dont have Messi  Hopefully Galliani stops rampaging and scream after we lose our games and instead, get reinforcements..

Let inter break the bank for Messi. We have our own problems to worry about then Inter transfer news
Why am I not actually that xcited about Messi coming or not, I know and the whole world knows that the kid won't come, Barca's clause in the contract for Messi to go is 120 million euros!!
Man, Ronnie and Milan, Inter with Messi, what's going on
I think we do need a left footed winger to change things around. Two name come to mind, Robben and Messi, If we get Robben then I dont care abt Messi going to Inter, infact it would make me feel better to see an Argentinian great player ;) getting away from that Ronaldinho :googly: and Barcelona :googly:

tru!! i deff wudnt mind sneider/ robben. I am also wondering bout the status of alex ( brazilian defender). i think he is exactly what we need. Furthermore, if we change coach this summer pending on our campaign, we cud c a different middlefield next summer.
