Is he still alive ? :devf:
Ibrahim Ba comes directly from serie C where he didn't play much. The article says he spent some time at Milanello where he was recovering from injury.
I think he was signed only for old times sake ( the contract is for 1 year). I doubt he'll play much, probably not at all.

I just read this before coming here and I have no words to say what I'm thinking right now, totally lost for words
Does he have a good rapport with the club or something, I never thought any kind of good relationship was ever built

dump etoo, ba is a monster and will own them all :D
I think he should be at least around 34-35 ... maybe even older
I guess he was signed mostly to train with the players and be used like a sparring partner/crash dummy in the trainings ... or let's just say that I doubt he would make the 25-men squad for CL :D

I see this much "vaunted" signing no where on acmilan.com..unless it hasnt made it to the english version of the site yet...
rosoneri 11...Boban would be a good addition right now, and Van Basten as well. :D

Yes it would be.
In milanelo the impossible can be possible. :grinser:

Why bother with Eto'o, we could sign Gre-No-Li :grinser:
no, really, would Baresi consider strenghtening our defence? He would fit perfectly with his age :grinser:

what about gettin Van Basten back he would be just as good as Eto'o :D
Ibou changes his hair color as often as Dennis Rodman does his. The only side that benefits from this signing is the city top hair stylists :coffee:

We need someone in the wall for Pirlos freekick training. After evaluating all options Ba seemed like the perfect fit for this role.

Best joke today:D Though it's a little rude:D
Wow, this takes nostalgia to a new level. It's one thing bringing players back who were legends at this club (Sheva, Marco Simone), but a player who flopped here, and just about anywhere he played at?
he was a milan player,... and he's french... mebbe he's hired to be Gourcuff's translator...
I think Milan signing I. Ba because he wants to be close to his son? Based on the youth squad listing, Fabian Ba (his kid?) is on the roster. I don't know. He was tipped to be a good player but just failed to deliver. I don't really understand why Milan signs him except showing good rapport between former players and the club - aka "the Family" spirit.
if anything it's just a rumour or smoke-screen. Realistically, it makes no sense at all to sign this guy - even in his prime, his experience at Milan was far from stellar.
However, there could be a side to this story that we don't know, i.e., signing him now would result in a future signing that is actually more useful to us - something in the vein of signing Oliveria to create a rapport with Ronaldinho's agent ;)
Or how about offer him to Barca for Ronaldinho plus some cash :)
Milan could hire Damiano Tommasi too, I love that guy and he is 32, can already join the team
