View Full Version : Kaka pleads with AC Milan to "listen to" Real Madrid offer
tribalfooball.com - July 01, 2007
Kaka has asked AC Milan president Silvio Berlusconi to allow him to join Real Madrid, it has been revealed.
AS says Kaka met with Berlusconi at the Milan supremo's plush offices at the beginning of June - before he left for his summer break in New York.
The meeting was the first time that Kaka had expressed a wish to leave Milan in front Berlusconi, with the Brazilian reportedly saying: "President, I have won everything with Milan and have given everything for this club in the years that I have been here.
"But now Real Madrid calls me and that challenge does excite me. Please decide. I only ask you that you listen to them ..."
Meanwhile, Real sports director Pedja Mijatovic sees the capture of Kaka as a personal mission. Mijatovic knows that if he can land the midfield ace, he will silence the snipers who have questioned his work in the market in the last 12 months,

You have to learn to get some good sources before you believe articles.
This article is rubbish when you look at the sources.
So no my friend, looking at the statements from both Kaka and Berlu it seems he is going nowhere !
We have to put shackles on him.

so what sites do recommend?
so what sites do recommend?
The most important thing to remember is to stay away from Tribalfootball. :)
They invent the news themselves or get it from rubbish papers such as AS.
Fairly 'reliable' sites in English are :
www.Goal.com
http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/news.html
They usually get their news from Italian papers such as :
www.gazzetta.it
www.calciomercato.it
www.tuttomercatoweb.com(rubbish :grinser: )
..
There are a few more but I don't know them all.

goal.com is tabloid central. Gazzetta is very reliable (you just have to put it in babelfish).
Also, you can add this in the "summer mercato" section buddy.
I still haven't figured out whether tribal tries to pass itself off as legitimate, or it's having a laugh at our expense. :D
in fact, channel4 have mentioned this too:
This includes keeping hold of Kaka, who has once again been linked with Real Madrid in Spanish newspaper ‘As.’
Today’s edition insists that the Brazilian held a meeting with President Berlusconi to demand a transfer, having “won everything with the Milan jersey.”
As the Rossoneri have already released a couple of statements over the summer slamming ‘As’ for its continued “harassment” of Kaka, this is bound to create further tension.

Yeah, but you know, gossips from my girlfriend are even more reliable than AS. :bri:
Milan should sue the hell out of them. :grinser:

it's not tribals fault this time but again those idiots from AS ... this stupid article, just like that fake photoshop pic, are gonna be reported by otherwise relatively legit sources only because AS decided to play the role of Real M groupies once again.
As I've suggested before - shoot the bastards!! :)
quite frankly i don't care if he wants to go or not ... i supported the club before he came here and i'll support the club after he's gone ...
i'm tired of players who one minute say they want to stay with us and then the next minute leave and turn their back on us ... screw them and screw the clubs they go to
these views apply to anyone regardless of how true or false certain rumours are.

let's think that Marca has NOT reported what ASsoreta wrote
This small detail says all.
goal.com is a site who has interest only for clicks and clicks: they always report ASsoreta news, :zany: so they are out, as tuttomercato, tuttosport, now at the same level of The StUN :tired:
the only real serious source we have is our brain :5ok: and our official site, obviously of course :diablo:

Channel 4 isn't that innocent also. I remember their reports about "Nesta being set to sign for Lazio", and some similar stories.
I he said those words (and I don´t believe he did) he sounds really soft, I would be angry as hell If a newspaper made me look like a begging
hom....oh yeah one more thing, If Milan don't want this to continue we have to show that we ain't a money tight club that look for free transfers in every corner.

Kaka Asks For Real Madrid Move? According to Spanish daily sports newspaper "As" Kaká has asked president Berlusconi to evaluate offers by Real Madrid for him.

"President, I have won everything with the Milan jersey. I've given and received a lot from this shirt, but now Real Madrid are calling and I want to accept this challenge. You decide, but I ask you to at least listen to their proposal."
There are the words of Ricardo Izecson dos Santos Leite, known better as Kaká, or at least this is what has been reported on today's edition of Spanish sports paper "AS" and if these quotes are true they certainly don't leave much room for misunderstandings.
According to the Spanish daily the Brazilian superstar contacted Berlusconi just before leaving for vacation to New York to tell him about his willingness to wear the Merengue shirt, leaving the eventual decision regarding his future to the President.
Allegedly the Spanish champions are willing to give up 80 million euros to the European champions for their crown jewel. The headlines of "As" state it clearly: "Kaká asks to go to Real Madrid". When will Milan's answer come?

This is being discussed in the Summer Mercato thread. We don't need to start a thread for every Kaka rumour.
This "meeting" has been denied on the official site.

they're quoting on AS also
None of the websites mentioned are reliable. Channel 4 has been pro inert & juve for I don't know how long as their editor is a juve fan, but why inert??
Goal, and all the others are just as bad when it comes to transfers.
What is the reliable site then Tony? acmilan.com? I open the website and almost fall asleep

I think - a Kakŕ's declaration would clear all the doubts. Now he is on vacation, so we have to wait. Even if, let me say honestly , I start to be irritated by his loud silence.

Yeah its better for all fans sake that he made a statement like Eto did when he said, Berlu you can forget about me (and Ronaldinho)! that would make me more comfortable because I want to keep him for a long time at Milan.
I think the mods should merge this in the Summer Mercato thread, If I was Kaka id think about the situation and ask my self 'how have the Spanish acted? Not in a moral way of course, they don't deserve the best player in the world'.

To be honest the only player who seems to giving interviews is Eto'o. Ronaldinho (other than the soccernet interview, which seems bizarre), Ronaldo, Del Piero etc. 90% of the Milan players, Ruud van Nistelrooy, Sheva etc. aren't saying anything. I think they're all on vacation, and that's that.
Also before Kaka left, he said things like "I am happy here, and I hope to stay here, but if Milan and Real reach an agreement, I'd happily go along." Also, he said that "Madrid can forget about signing me for now because I have called Ancelotti and we want to win everything together. We've decided our future."

Eto'o wants to stay in Barcelona, no doubt about it. Unless Rijkaard, Ronaldinho and management tell him he is not wanted, theres no chance we grab him.

Lol yeah, yeah, you people who think Milan is going to settle for that are wrong. Milan are going to go all out mark my words, watch, next year when you see over 5 players with golden balls including kaka then you can speak, but for now, etoo or r10 are going to milan.
I think - a Kakŕ's declaration would clear all the doubts. Now he is on vacation, so we have to wait. Even if, let me say honestly , I start to be irritated by his loud silence.
And how many times has he done that for the past year? and how many more times do people need to be convinced, that they will rather trust the words from a newspaper that keeps inventing story?

I don't care if he declares or not. I just care if he stays or not. Let's remember Shevchenko's declaration :respect:

And how many times has AC Milan done that for the past 7 days?
Only from AC Milan .....
Don't you think that a Kakŕ word would be very opportune
just in this moment to say a stop definitive?
. . . this lack of communications worries me just a little bit,
especially when I think to his talkative manager,
always ready to respond at every situation created
by that spanish toilet-paper (merdengues arm) ASsoreta... :str:
I don't care if he declares or not. I just care if he stays or not. Let's remember Shevchenko's declaration
It's a different situation: Chelsky didn't act like Real Merdid and firts of all they did not behave badly, like pirates using every dirty means only to destabilize.
anyway, I'm sure Kakŕ "will stay" here
ADRIANO GALLIANI: 'I want to guarantee to Real Madrid president'
7/2/2007
Adriano Galliani has said: 'I want to guarantee to Real Madrid chief Ramon Calderon that Kaka will be in Milanello on July 23 as per schedule, to start pre-season training with his teammates. I also want him to know that on August 31 he will play the European Super Cup Final in Monaco against Sevilla as a European champion and he will take part in the World Club Championship in Japan in December as well.'
