Torres

[lee909]

As a Liverpool fan who joined before the chmpions league final to talk about the game with Milan fans , i am wondering what Milan fans think of the signing of Torres by liverpool for 30ml euro/20ml pound

[King tiger]

waaay to much.

imo he has always been overrated, good player but hes not new Ronaldinho.

[Jeff]

I agree; he is definitely above average but not any way close to the top (judging by his play in WC last year, that is).

Giving 36m euros Plus a great player like Luis Garcia for Torres are too much money.

Im happy we didnt sign him.

The fee for Torres was £20ml(sterling) and Garcia went for 4ml in a seperate deal
I am dissapointed to loose garcia as he was lawyas capable of getting a goal

looking ofrward to next season as this time of year is boring me to tears

I heard Torres purchased a car with no Hub Caps, what gave him that silly idea?!?

hello Lee, johnlemmon from Liverpool here,

Torres is a good buy and we will see him, Kuyt & Voronin score lots of goals this year... we have a stronger team at all levels and should challenge for the title more strongly than before...

watch out Milan, we want our CUP back, you only have it on loan...

Lemmo...

How did you find Voronin? He scored a couple of cheapies in a warm-up game vs. Werder. Did Torres play in that game? I saw Peter the tower was there, since I saw someone one-foot-taller congratulated Andrey...
