Hi I've been a big fan of the club since the games was aired in TV i denmark in start of the 90's. It's been some great years

However, I read in a recent published report from Deloitte called “Deloitte Football Money League 2008”, that A.C. Milan faces numerous challenges in the near future that need to be dealt with.

I think that there 3 questions A.C. Milan should focus their attention on.

1. What impact do you think the individual sale of sports rights have on AC Milan’s economy?

2. What will happen to Milan's economy when they the return to collective sales of rights in 2010?

3. In the Deloitte report it says that in the recent year A.C. Milan has experienced a decline in average league attendance of 12.000 and the number of sold seasonal tickets have fallen 15.000. How can A.C. Milan turn this around? Should they invest in San Siro or is it a general tendancy in Italy?

And maybe a fourth question;

4. With a roster having an average age of over thirty years it is undeniable time to invest in new players. What investments does the club need to make in order to ensure that A.C. Milan will be able to compete in the international football scene in the years to come?
