I don't thikn the bluish black willbe a great deal; overalli t's still pretty much red and black.
Also the blue is not deep blue; it's just a way to contrast the red better.
aaah, I found them... everything is OK
actually i was shocked when the first time i saw the red alphabet used to write my username and its also being underlined (as far i can remember those were in black colour and without underline) and you can click the username. i was thought i'm banned or something bad like that :D anyway this form is cool than before. thanks for the upgrade :)

Same here ... it worked only the first time I tried some weeks/months ago, now, no way to use it again.
The chat room? What browser and operating system are you using?
Windows Vista - IE 7
Everything is installed correctly ...
I know I made something special to access the first time, I just can't remember what !!
Java (the chat uses java) may be tricky sometimes, I will see if I can find anything, but it likely has to do with the 'protected mode' of IE and Vista.

I was never able to use the chatting room. I guess I couldn't see the Java applet. what should I do?
There are a couple of options, other than finding a fix for Vista and IE. Are you using Vista/IE Xudong?
-If IE, try Firefox/Opera/Chrome to enter the chat, better but not 100% chance of java working there
-Go to http://www.mibbit.com/chat/ click on server and in the server address box type irc.vbulletin-chat.com choose a nick and in the channel(s) box type #milanmania
-Download an IRC client and use that to come to the room mIRC @ www.mirc.com AdiIRC @ www.adiirc.com for example
If I find a sure Vista solution I will post it

The last Java Sun update solved my problem ... I can access with the link on top of the forum. So for every people who can't go on the chat by the link on top, just download and update the new Java Sun plugin.
Thanx for posting about it GeoTav. Java, especially on Vista, can be problematic and any updates available are good for computer security as well.
Yes, I noticed that actually, I had some problems on some other websites, especially the ones using a lot of Java ... there were always some errors on the page.
This update has solved this problem :)

Not really an error, but it's rather disturbing that there was an ad for a scam "make $10,000-a-month" program on the bottom of the home page.
I have considered removing them because previous to changing a few settings we would even see ads that were more 'adult'. We have to think of alternatives to these ads sooner or later.
I have big problems with the forum: sometimes I can see it and connect (like right now), and sometimes, I just get an error page ...
Is it a problem from me of problems with the server from you ??
When did you start seeing the errors? and do you see any error message in particular or the page just doesn't load, half of it loads and stops?
I will check server logs.
If by any chance you can do a trace route it might be helpful...at the windows command prompt type and see the results, does it reach destination?:

It just doesn't load ... you know, the typical IE error, when for example, you type an uncorrect url ...
I was able to come around 13:00-14:00, then I had errors, and right now, that works, but I'm pretty sure I'll have problems again before the start of the game tonight for example ...
For a trace route, I don't know what it is, I'll watch on google how to do that and will tell you ...

If you get 'reached destination' or 'trace complete' or not and if you don't get that you should see lines with * like this:
*** *** ***
The important thing to note is the last line before the *** *** *** starts to happen. If you can tell me what that line says it would be great

What is your operating system and browser? Java and Windows are often problematic. You could try using mibbit or an IRC client mentioned here http://www.milanmania.com/forums/showpost.php?p=519910&postcount=33

Windows XP at work and Vista at home.
Browsers explorer and Mozilla.
Problem might be solved if the java on the computers is updated, if you can search for jusched.exe and run it or you could try downloading and running Javara at http://raproducts.org/javara.html (read the information on the page too) which will try to update your java.
But the easiest is probably using mibbit that I mentioned, it uses flash and should be workable on any browser.
I have a problem on the chat today: I get the following message in the java applet.
Connecting...
Logging in...
-ipv6.vbirc.com- *** Couldn't resolve your hostname; using your IP address instead
Disconnected from irc.vBulletin-Chat.com
Most of the the time that's just temporary and has more to do with the connection somewhere between you and the chat server. Let me know if its still happening or if it happens again.
