Berretti TRICOLOR!
30/05/2009 18.13.00
The youth of rossoneri Caps have won the Scudetto in the 2008/2009 beating double comparison Finale Juventus. Congratulations to the young people trained by Roberto Bertuzzi!
MILAN - Success for the Youth rossonero: training of technical Berretti coached by Roberto Bertuzzi won the Scudetto 2008/2009 beating Juventus in the final comparison of the double championship.
In the competition round of the May 24 AC Milan won 2-0 in Turin against Juventus. The network has scored both Angelilli, 24 'of the first half and 17' of the second. In the race to return disputed today in Settimo Milanese, Bertuzzi of the boys were charged for 2-1. Advantage rossonero to 44 'with Schenetti to 44' of the first half. In the second half left the Bianconeri in ten men for the expulsion of Silvestri, have found the balance to 70 'with Curcio, but 80' Angelilli achieves the goals of the final 2-1.
These statements made by the technical Roberto Bertuzzi at the end of the challenge of today:
"Winning the Scudetto is a beautiful feeling that I had already lived a decade ago. We reached this milestone thanks to the work done during the year although the group has never been very often as we put the players of Spring, but con un po 'di fortuna e un po' di bravura the Scudetto arrived and we are satisfied.
In the final against Juventus Scudetto the difficulties we have found more especially in the race went, today we start with a favorable outcome. Juventus tried to overturn the result and we tried twenty-five especially in the early minutes of the game trying to make a goal in every way, but Milan has been good at defending themselves.
Before the race I asked the students to remain calm and try not to fall into situations that might be decisive, as their expulsion.
The most difficult moment of the championship was the access to the final stage of the tournament when we met teams like Atalanta and Brescia who have an excellent youth. We are therefore delighted to have reached this milestone today. "
The formations :
MILAN: Miskiewicz, Fondrini, Albertazzi, Romagnoli, De Vito, Brandi, Strasser, Gianola, Oduamadi, Angelilli, Schenetti.
JUVENTUS: Piccolo, Romano, Crivello, Silvestri, Proietti, Ferrero, Bisceglie, Enrico, Curcio, Elcastro, Carta.

Congratulations to our Beretti!!!
I am still confused why all the players from the line-up are from Primavera squad? It's ok if they are under 18 years old (I suppose Beretti are U-18) but what I have seen from the Primavera squad list that the GK is 20 years old and so is Gianola. Many of the players in the line-up are 19 years old and only some of them 18 years old.
But again, congrats for our U-18 youth team!!!
