God man...your so cruel!!! couldnt you wait for an hour at least :D
And its not like we have a choice!!! but I would be very pissed of if Tassoti is overlooked over Galli....The guy deserves the chance, and He has had to work with different tacticians over the years... If he can manage to take the best of Leo and Carlo,we have a great coach.
Can someone tell me what has Galli done to deserve the coaching position??
Now that Leo is out, who should be our next coach?
Anyone brave enough (or stupid enough, it's your call) to put up with those two a**holes will do

It makes as much as sense as what is going on

My question is what are the qualifications required to be our new coach except kissing Berlu posterior?

I think it will be Tassotti, IF Leonardo leaves.
I think that Tassotti would be good. He played under Sacchi and Capallo, he was Ancelotti's assistant, so he's probably very experienced tactically. Also, he was tough as a player (hardman :)) and some toughness is really needed amongst these players.
I'm not for Galli before Tassotti, because Tassotti deserves it more.
I don't know why we forgot two names: Baresi and Costacurta.
Baresi is probably the smartest player ever and tactically most aware. I really don't know why he was never approached, the only reason could be that he doesn't want it. If I have to choose one man for the job, it would be Baresi.
And Costacurta, also veeery smart men, has some experience and he said that he wants to succeed Leonardo.
Other options are: Prandelli, probably best coach in Serie A right now, but it seems he will be NT coach after WC; Allegri, he made a miracles with Cagliari, I think he would be good; Lippi, words aren't needed best coach in the world along with Capello in the last 15 years.
In my opinion, I would go for:
1. Baresi
2. Lippi
3. Prandelli
3. Costacurta/Tassotti
4. Allegri
5. Galli

I think our new coach should be Leonardo Menechini he is coaching Lumezzane in Serie C1 now and would jump at the chance to manage Milan , would probably do it for 30,000 a year aswell with a budget for players of - 15,000 so he would give back 15,000 of his salary to manage Milan and wouldnt ask for new players or try and tell the old ones what to do .He would also suck Berlu's d**k whenever Berlu wanted ....The ideal candidate....great name too well the first one at least.

I dont see any big name coach want to become the next milan coach. there is nothing to win here, the team is in downfall + will only get older so the team will go down even more.
Also silvio does not want to invest in good players only in bad old ones, but instead he wants big results...

Galliani denies Leo exit talk...
So actually, one of them is telling the truth for once. ;)

I would love to see Baersi as the coach with Tassotti, Billy and Maldini all together as coaching staff. But honestly, unless Berlu invests, I doubt anyone would like to be the coach of Milan as it is such a hot seat.
No players, no investment and no youth.
A triple bad situation

You cannot win a Formula 1 race in a F.I.A.T Punto Fact.So Silvio must know that you cannot win anything with this team...Apparently not.As for real coach's Blanc Lippi Wenger Spalletti and some of them I don't want Hiddink IDK , no decent self respecting ambitious coach will take this job. It will definately be Tassotti or Galli , Capello meh doesnt matter no one could work miracles with this team.

Great choice! I mean, the last time we won the serie B was in 82-83. How pathetic is that for a great club like us? Even Juve has won it more recently
Whoever it is, he should be given a squad. As Leo wasn't given one, I vote him as our next coach
Galliani...
Only him deserves to coach this mess made by Galliani and Berlusconi together...
I vote for Leo to stay myself... the man has done better than anyone expected him to do this year and seems to really have the respect of the players.
To be able to take the players that He was given and have without a doubt a good season... we may not have won the league, but we are still at the top and I personally did not expect that after the summer that we had last year.

Guus Hiddink would be a good choice.:respect:

As long as the team is not reinforced with some quality players there's no point signing a well-paid coach. We might as well not hire anyone and just use one we already have, like Tassotti. No coach can win anything with the squad Milan have right now anyway. It's impossible.

frank rijkaard?
The best option would be 'ME', followed by:
- Marcello Lippi
- Frank Rijkaard
- Gus Hiddink
- Franco Baresi
- Paolo Maldini
- Marco van Basten
- Diego Maradona ;)

Lippi would be the worst choice!
The best option would be 'ME', followed by:
- Marcello Lippi
- Frank Rijkaard
- Gus Hiddink
- Franco Baresi
- Paolo Maldini
- Marco van Basten
- Diego Maradona ;)
is this a joke, do you know what is involved in coaching? the only person that meets teh mark in your list is Guus Hiddink.
- Marcello Lippi, i don't rate him, watch the Italian National team flop in the WC
- Frank Rijkaard, I don't rate him, he won't really be able to do much with this team
- Gus Hiddink, good choice, but its wishful thinking
- Franco Baresi, has not proved himself as a coach, no guarantee
- Paolo Maldini, has never coached and seems uninterested in coaching
- Marco van Basten, I am 100% certain he will be a failure if he coaches this team
- Diego Maradona, HAHAHAHA! what are you smoking mate, pass me some of that ****
He was kidding with Maradona.
As far as who could be right for this team, depends what you call success. Higher than third place would be very hard if the team is more or less what it is now. Guus failed to motivate his players to achieve the WC place, that was one of bigger failures of recent times if you ask me.
Its funny how people are listing our heroes.
What have they done to deserve such a bad job?
felixs magat,otmar hicveld, ;) lipi,kapelo or tasoti-gali :(
I will go with Capelo :)

I can't think of a better alternative to Frank Rijkaard. He understands Milan. He is a great coach, the one who put the foundation of the Barcelona we know today. He is available, so?
I believe Marco van Bastern can be successful with us. He understands Milan. He has shown his quality even though it is still only as far as team style of play. Who could have forgotten the way the Netherland national team played under him?
And, I know promoting Mauro Tassotti wouldn't be a bad idea. Among all, he is the one who understands most about the nuts and bolts of the current team. He has been assisting great coaches, including Carlo Ancelotti. Given a chance, I sense that he wouldn't disappoint.
Let's go for Pellegrini. I am only half joking.
Amazing how Mourinho is treated like a god or something because the headlines are like: Pellegrini clears path for Mourinho

Berlusconi is a genius of harassment an a$$hole pure and simple , he did alot but we are 3 years without a trophy and 4 years with a team that gives us confidence not much has done to add to the team since 05 thats 5 years long time.
Appoint Allegri or grovel to Leo.No one with any track record will take over a team that needs 4 starters and 3 subs and will get only 20 million to spend if even that and average age of 32 . Sh1t Blackpool will have a bigger budget than us.
A bit more off topic from me, sorry

I am happy Pellegrini is speaking out, good for him
"There were a lot of disagreements in the club. I asked for them to keep (Wesley) Sneijder and (Arjen) Robben, who were two very important players for me. I missed having a debate on sporting issues, with the coach included,'' he said. "As (former Real coach and current Spain boss) Vicente Del Bosque said, even the club show no respect for the position of the coach, and they don't give them the authority internally or externally. Florentino's project is extraordinary but I think he's got it wrong."
