IMO local tifose love to see more compatriots playin for their side. I do the same. My state has no great football team, but I can compare it to baketball. When in yer team plays 10 americans and two bench warmers form yer country it feels quite disgustingly... in yer team there are no lithuanians... such situation sux... well, tanx God it is only my imagination... however in Italia there are no limits for foreigners neither in football nor in basketball... so look at Italian national basketball team... no new talents... only great but old players... it is a problem. And i do not want it happen in football too. Lets see - Billy and Maldini are over 35, Pancaro is also over 30. Sandro, Pirlo and Rino also arent youngsters. Pozzi, Abate, Borrellio are loaned. So we have no real sustitution for our old generation. And you see no menace here. Ok, we can buy foreigners from Latin America or East Europe but our own players wont have chance to improve theirselves. Thanx God, Milan is only one italian team which does not care about such things, I mean there are plenty of other teams which produce new talents of Italia. But I want that they can have an opportunity to play for their national clubs in highest level, not only in Serie A.
