Il Barone aka Giancarlo Capelli, was one of the founder of Commandos tigre in 1968.
He was one of the Board of Ultras movement, and in our End there were Torcida (now in the second green, the opposite part of the stadium) , Fossa dei leoni, Commandos itself and few years later BRN were founded.
The relationships between the groups weren't the best (and still now there's competition) and the Torcida was sent in the opposite end, while Commandos were sent to first blue tier..Curva is second blue tier, for those who ignore it.
So, when the Commandos were sent away, Il Barone, already one of the organisers, stayed in the Curva Board..
ASAIK he's the representer of all Ultras but he's not the highest chief, i've heard there's a guy who's the chief of all, but differently from il Barone he doesn't get the spotlight, but organises from behind, while Il Barone is the responsible and link between the supporters and the society, so he gets the tickets, the finances for coreo, and has care of the Ultras world.
The society needs a man with his qualities after all.. many can ask why..The answer is simple: Ultras create atmosphere, atmophere attracts crowd to games..high attendance invites advertisements and sponsors...sponsors bring moneys.
and apart from moneys, Milan has alwyas had care of image, and an empty stadium is the negation of this politic.
He lives with this, must get some moneys and privileges from society, and probbly he's employed in some ways.
