In Jamaica, a kid can go into a bar, buy 6 beers, 2 bottles of rum, a pack of cigarettes, and walk right out, without anyone even batting an eyelid...and we dont have a problem with underage drinking...nor smoking for that matter...

Well, same happens here, in fact i drank my first beer at 13 ( i was to old i think), and started going to night clubs when i was 15(those that open 1 am and close at 7 am), but here that's normal, nobody here would even bother about getting a fake ID.
