Tony, here is my understanding of the situation. Galliani was only charged under Article 1. The penalty for Article 1 is a points deduction. Meani was charged under Article 6, but since he is not a
managing director of the club, Milan cannot be held directly responsible for his actions and therefore the club cannot face penalties under Article 6.
