The problem for Fior. was that even with great ball possesion and making great ball movement, they failed to score.
Inter's midfield is too flat with the likes of Dacourt, Vieira and Cambiasso. There is just no flare, no attacking options.....there is nothing. They were dissapointing and if the Fiorentina defenders weren't sleeping Inter never looked like scoring!

GolTV almost always add praise tidbits of players in their game commentaries anyway which is sooo annoying.
C’mon I think Inter didn’t play that bad!
Who’s gonna admit they were impressed with Inter anyway?
It was indeed
absolutely nothing special, nothing extraordinary but for the first half of the match, their midfield and defense were strong. Both Ibra and Crespo both had their chances to show their skills at front (not all the time) and Cambiasso was their man of the match scoring two and assisting one.
Fiorentina’s defense was dreadful and Inter exploited them for that. La Viola was doing better for the 2nd half and I did hope they would score once more since Inter was just sputtering
towards the end.
Did anyone see Atletico M. vs Valencia? I saw parts but F. Torres got red carded for dissent. It was an unfair call since there was almost no contact with the goalie.
