Hello dear AC Milan fans! A very simple question. Who do u think is the best spot kick taker in last 10-20 years???? (apart form Deigo Maradona)

I think Babriel Batistuta and Roy Makaay have perfect spot kick takers but the best of them all is I think Alan Shearer. The power with which he kicked the ball was amazing, it was almost impossible to stop his kick

. What do u guys say??
