in regards to Gilardino... i'm proven somewhat right again... startin' him off the bench does have its good points... it made him work harder as well as deliverin' the goal... and that is what i wanted all along... players to earn the right to play for the team by their performances and not purely because of their reputation etc...

I still disagree with you about Gilardino.
I think work ethics is not a problem for him. This kid has no doubt a heart of Milan, and I don't think starting him from the bench makes him work harder, as
he always works hard. he needs a goal to start his scoring spree, and let's hope this is the one.
He is a big asset to Milan. I would keep a 0-goal-in-34-games Gilardino but not a lazy-ass-I-don't-care Seedorf.
Well, seedorf was fine this game, so I might change my mind. I will keep both of them.
