I don't think he's selfish while playing ... and his case is not as bad as Totti's ... I've also noticed that this attitude has been decreasing of late, but what I think is that for example when he's screwed so many opportunities before (in the likes of sitters) was because of him thinking and anticipating his celebration and personal honors ... this is more like a childish triumphalistic behavior which no other player in milan ever shows because I guess are more mature ... but I could bet two things and one is this ... If Gila would have turn out plainly espectacular right from the start with Milan you may have probably had a totally different Gila and I think not precisely more humble and second is... if him would be playing for Roma by now I'm totally sure you would've had a totally different Gila too.

But ofcourse this are hypothesis and a couple of uncorroborative IF's ... and I never meant to insult anyone with the words egocentric and narcissism but how are you suppose to call those who think too much of themselves? ... Milan is the perfect place for him cuz noone suffers from arrogance ... but I still think a different situation and different partnership would have made a different person out of him... he's just the way he is bcuz of the circumstances he's in ... althought I cheer, respect and appreciate his many other qualities ...
