Also there is a big difference between South America and Europa: a 21 years old player in Argentina, for example, already has 100 Serie A games while in Europe a 21 years old guy often is considered a young guy with little to none experience.

Fair enough but it's a start. Eboue and the like must have started somewhere. We didn't do too badly with Kaka. We'll have to wait and see.
