unforunately, contrary to what that Channel4 article says, I believe that him getting a EU passport doesn't change anything regarding how many non-eu player Milan can get ... the rules say we can get only one non-EU player from outside Italy and that's it ... has nothing to do with how many other non-Eu player we already have.
I guess channel 4 got confused with the non-eu rules in Spain and most other european countries where the number of non-Eu players a team can own is fixed and when one of them becomes a eu citizen, he frees up a spot for another non-Eu player to be bought ... that's not the case with Italy, however.
