Just look at Beckham's treatment over the last 6 months. They hire garbage for coaches like Luxemburgo, Queiroz, Lopez Caro, and Capello over the last 3 yrs, and really have no plan or structure. Worst off, they have a section of their ultras that is notoriously racist and makes the disgusting "monkey" sounds when they disapprove of black players. Seedorf has spoken about that in the past.
