I wasn't following what's happening and i didn't know about Milan's late bid. According to this :

Tiago rejected Milan and he specifically said he wants Juve , not Milan.
Still, it's not official yet because it's not on Juventus.com. Maybe there will really be a change of mind and Tiago could join Milan !
