The news is Juventus will be a seeded team in the draw so there won't be a chance Juve to play against Milan, Inter or Roma in the opening 3 rounds.
And no, Moggi has nothing to do with it. Milan, Inter and Roma are the ones who asked for Juve to be seeded.

The draw will be made tomorrow (Tuesday, 31st of July).
Milan, Inter, Juventus, Roma and Lazio are seeded.
Lega Calcio decided that Juventus should be seeded, because they still regard Juventus as a one of the major teams.
According to Corriere dello Sport Milan, Inter, Roma and Lazio asked Lega Calcio to seed Juventus, but that was dismissed by Gazzetta dello Sport and Tuttosport.
