Ajax will play their CL match on Wednesday (in 4 days) . If Sneijder is in the team then he won't be able to play for any other team in CL, at least not until February and if Ajax won't pass the group.

Basically....Though I would love to see him, it's too unrealistic of a thought to go for him.... He's expensive and we have to snap him before Wednesday, meaning that we do not have a second to waste if we want to get him... DAMN !!!!
