Although we have another problem here.
In groups A-D we can have only 2 Spanish teams while the other 2 will have to be in groups E-H.

Now we can have a situation when (if the ball says Sevilla/Ajax) Sevilla can not play in groups A-D while Ajax can not play in groups E-H and it will be impossible to make that draw.
I don't know if you follow me, but this is a big possibility and because of this the draw (which is usually 30%-50% orchestred) may easily be 99% orchestred.
They'll find a way, i'm sure. But it will be really confusing for those who aren't absolutely familiar with how these things go  |
I see your point and you are right, it does make things a little trickier but for this to be taken care of, all the other teams will have to be known (except Sevilla/AEK) i.e. we'll have to wait for todays qualifiers to finish (or maybe UEFA already knows the results
) and only then a full solution can be found.
btw, what was the reason they put 2 teams from say Spain into groups A-D , while the other 2 into E-H ... TV coverage, I guess?
