I'm not that optimistic. I think he's a bit selfish, and has little tactical education (which of course could be improved). He could become a nice player if he starts to pass the ball more often and practices shots, also I doubt that his body won't let him down in injuries... and not to fond of his technique either.
Anyway, I'm sure I'm a bit biased against him... but I believe that he has to get the games now in order to develop and if he can't get them here, then what's the problem in loaning him out till the end of the season?
