I understand that the position on the board in the locker room and actual role arent the same thing. But lets play Pirlo next to Seedorf in the middle with the SAME roles as 2004 and you'll see they cant performe it. Simply, the energy is gone. Its a natural thing.
What bothers me are the reactions on the field, which are nonchalant.

But that means they beed to work and train hard and behave with fighting spirit and with attitute on the pitch. And all I see from some players in most of the cases is quite opposite.
