Well, not to rain on your parade. But I wouldn't conclude that we will just walk over any small team ... our overall squad is not big and complete enough for the rigors of the champions league. Palermo, Napoli, Genoa and not to mention Roma and Fiorentina are all very strong contenders for the 4 spots.
I could see us losing 4th position easily if the team does not face the brutal truth that they can be not good enough.
I like optimism, but realism over-rides this one. I hope Milan wakes up.
