I think that Rummenige clearly and publicly stated what is the situaion with Ribery and Perez, but aguess Perez invested too much money into a new project so UEFA cant ban that. Im disgusted by UEFA's behavious in past years so I dont have nice things to say to those mafiosi in there.
Last circus act was when Eduardo got banned for 2 CL games for simulating a penalty vs Celtic. ( Im not sure was it a simulation or not, and I dont defend him coz he plays for my country, but those things are comical ). Players simulate all the time and everywhere, young players are stolen from bigger clubs everywhere and also all the time. Juve takes 80% of young players by just agreeing money fees with their families and there you go - home club gets nothing or almost nothing etc.
And not to speak of ilegal talking to players who are under contract ( Milan does that all the time ).
This thing with EPL clubs is some kind of a revenge or something from UEFA, there is not fair paly in there. Then Barca, Real, Milan, Juve, Inter should all be banned coz they do the same thing all the time for the past 20 years.
