i)What are the divorce laws in Italy anyway?
ii)Is she actually really suing for divorce?, and if so,
iii) Does she want 1/2 of
everything?...Milan is not an income generating asset after all....though on the other hand, divorce can be an illogical process...she may just want half so as to sell the 50% stake to Moratti.
