GeoTav, I agree with mrki on this one.
In a way, yes ticket sales do add up to the profit they make but you must know that the ticket sales is by far the least of the incomes, and it also is shared by the city council as the stadium isn't owned by Milan. The fans boycotting the stadium is the right thing to do, and as you can see it has already forced the hand of Galliani to make one unnecessary signing in Adiyiah (however he's young, fast, recently earned a golden shoe and a gold medal in the world cup, and Galliani reminds us of that every day, Galliani in a way is just trying to make him look better so the fans start getting excited again and come to the stadium).
Right now the management are desperate to win the fans back, because the Milan fans are one of the most faithful and loyal fans in Europe. They always were there for the team however the problem now is that the managements seems to have abandoned the team for a few years now and the only way the fans can take action is by doing this.
I think they are doing a brilliant job. I'd love them to continue the boycotting until adequate buys are made in January.
